I have only used the oven a few times. The range top works perfectly and is easy to clean so it always looks nice. i am happy with my new Frigidaire black stainless steel gas range.

Had to call a professional to fix a brand new stove. Wasn’t driving back to store as it’s 2 hours away. It’s a shame we had to spend extra money to get the stove working. So much for brand new.

If some of the burners are lighting, the range is getting gas. You will simply need to determine if the burner ports or orifices might be clogged with food debris/particles or if the burner cap(s) are not properly seated. Clean burner ports or orifices. With the burner off and cool, use a small gauge wire or needle to clean the burner head slots and ignition ports. Instructions on this are located in the Owner's manual. Also, check to ensure burner caps are properly seated or placed on the burner. Secure in the correct position.
