Even though it has a drain hose it tends to fill up....not sure why. Otherwise it runs well isn't too noisy and keeps the air dry.

Purchased this dehumidifier to replace an older one. This one seems to be doing the trick and it is nice and quiet.

We needed replace our old dehumidifier for our finished basement. After shopping around online and reading reviews, we decided to but this model. It has worked really keeping the humidity out of our basement. I also like it because it is so much quieter than our old one. We have been very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dehumidifier.

Works great, no complaints bought this to lower humidity in the kitchen to apply top coat sealer to my cabinets.

The only problem is the capacity of waters small it fills up twice today but it really works good

I've been using dehumidifiers in my basement for over 30 years, and the last several have only lasted about 2 to 3 years before they stop gathering water. I haven't had a Frigidaire for some time, so I'm hoping this unit will have more longevity. I've had it for about a month and it's worked well to this point. To me, the pros are that it's quieter than others I've had. It has easy to use controls, a very obvious flashing horizontal light bar that notifies that it's full, and the bucket is not too difficult to remove and replace. I really like the flashing light bar, and the fan turns off until the bucket is emptied. The cons are that the bucket is awkward to dump. Past units I've had have an open top to the bucket. This one has a clear plastic cover on it with few openings through which to pour the water. I usually end up having some water wet my hand that's holding the handle. The intake is on the back of the unit and the exhaust is on the right side as you look at it from the front. That has made it awkward for me to place the unit. I have to keep it out in the open so those sides aren't restricted, which puts it in the way of movement in the area. I haven't used the hose option and probably won't, so I don't have any input on that.

My basement had that musty smell, but the Frigidaire removed it completely. Now it is at a comfortable humidity level. It's a must have during the summer time. I can't believe how much water it sucks out from the air. Everyday, it removes several gallons of water from the basement air.

The dehumidifier located in my unfinished basement where we have a wood working shop and it is doing great job.

Needed a replacement for one that died, so kind of a hasty purchase, but it's been a terrific purchase. Super easy to setup with the drain tube, and to program. Also, the filter is very easy to remove and clean, and it does seem to run a little quieter than my old one. Very pleased with it so far.

Dries out a 500 square foot basement in no time. Quiet, especially on the low fan setting. Easy to empty tank.

Pulling out two buckets a day out of the basement with all this rain. Works great! Basement is much drier....

Dehumidifier works well and looks good. Clean design and easy to set controls. Only disappointment is the small bucket. Unable to run a drain hose to the drain from the location I need to put the dehumidifier so have to count on the bucket. Not a deal breaker as this seems to be a quality product and is well rated.

Quiet unit, looks good, and works great. Really like the LED light in the front to remind you to empty the bucket. Cover on the bucket is very helpful to avoid spilling water when it needs to be emptied. Using the hose to drain is not an option therefore I wish bucket was bigger.

Purchased for my RV while not in use. Works well in removing the moisture & keeping the temperature lower.

When i first put this in my basement us was 60% humidity. It was brought down to 45% by evening that day

We have this in our basement family room. It pulls out moisture much faster than my previous brand. Easy to operate and very easy to empty. Also good looking. They have another model with an ugly vents on the front! On this model vents are on the sides and back!
