This thing is awesome! We have a lot of moisture in our apartment, and this thing sucks it all out of the air. Its amazing how much water can come from the air. We are almost emptying it once every 2 days. That's alot of water. It has definitely helped alot with keeping the mold away. Excellent product, I recommend it for sure.

Installed late spring in basement. Lowered humidity levels from approx. 70% down to 45% within 24 hours. Ability to set preferred humidity level is very nice. Previous dehumidifier, another name brand, only lasted two seasons & repair costs would have been more than replacement. So, we'll see how long this one lasts.

I haven't had a dehumidifier for a few years as they are expensive to run. I was very please after I received my first electric bill. It wasn't much higher. It also does a very good job at keeping the basement at a reasonable humidity level. I am very please with this purchase and would recommend it.

This seems to be a well built machine and works well. Required very little setup and got the humidity out of a 800sqft basement.

This icemaker makes ice as described. The problem with it is it doesn't freeze 100%. The ice melts rather quickly in the storage bin so I would make ice and then put it in my freezer but because The cubes don't freeze 100% solid when put in my freezer it would just turn into one big clump. Overall the unit is not bad but it did not suit my needs or expectations. I will be returning and installing a mini ice cube maker in my refrigerator/freezer.

Bought this dehumidifier for my basement. Initially was taking the fill tank upstairs to dump in the slop sink, but then figured out I could get an adapter to convert from the drain hose down to a 1/4" ID flexible tubing, which could then dispense into the floor drain. Worked like a charm!

Basement in our turn on the century home wasn’t allowing our clothes to dry that needed to hang dry. If left down in basement more then two days they would start to smell musty/mildew. Bought this dehumidifier and have not had any issues. Just have to remember to empty the bucket more regularly.

Haven't had to touch it , it just keeps doing it's job.

It works great. Pulls the moisture out of the air. But, it pushes the air out the side. Little weird to me as all past ones were out the back and the water tank is really small. Must empty it a lot at first until it reaches humidity you want. I do like the way it looks.. Only had a month so far. Still working great just not used to the side air discharge. Which comes out right side.

My last one quit working last year and my basement really needs one. This is quite and does the trick, can't go wrong with it.

Very happy with how it works! Only negative is the back panel is hard to remove to clean filter....the two tabs are too small to hold onto!

So far it has been working and removes a lot of water ,, but as all humidifier do ,,, they will produce heat too ,,, this is a back up for the basement .... tried to use as my AC was down ,,, but does not work to keep you comfortable in the summer heat

Needed to replace two humidifiers. One a 30-year-old and another broken dehumidifier. Wanted to get latest Star Energy, quiet, and ample vapor removal capabilities. I could not be happier as the new dehumidifiers are more than meeting my expectations.

Had to replace a previous dehumidifier that had a larger tank capacity. However, the tank capacity on this one isn't that much smaller that it is annoying. It has done an incredible job so far and seems to be working for a very large basement. We placed it in the middle of the basement and that may be helping as well

very pleased with purchase. also bought extended warranty. most rebiews said after a year it quit. so im covered either way

These units rapidly help reduce the humidity of the rooms. It is good enough for a second floor of a 4000 sf home. Good buy for the money

I needed a new Dehumidifier, The price was right and it works. Not glamorous just functional which is all anyone needs.

Very effective humidifer. A little loud, but it dries a humid place super fast. I recommend. It does produce some heat.
