Had this now for a year and it's great. I use the hose attachment and I notice a difference in the room when it is running. It runs all the time and I don't even remember it is there anymore. Well worth it!

It's getting the moisture out of the air, we notice the difference. If you run it on CO mode it well suck the moisture out and run all the time. We have ours set at 65% humidity in the air. We also purchased the extended warranty for 4 years, JIC (just in case)!

Very well made and a high quality dehumidifier. It runs very quite without any vibration at all. It has a pull up carrying handle that works very well. We dump water out of the holding tank every other day. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this product.

We have purchased a few brands of dehumidifiers and like the Frigidaire brand best. This machine works well to keep our basement dry. The downfall is they only seem to last 1-2 years as it is continuously working to keep our basement dry. We replace because the repair is only a little less than purchasing new.

Replaced a Frigidaire, that was recalled, with this model. After 4 months, it has held up well. Have it hooked up to a hose, instead of using the bucket. I like the various speeds and the fact that it shuts off when humidity level has been reached.

I am using this dehumidifier in my garage. It functions well with the temperature set at 50 degrees. I have the fan setting on medium. No metal parts to rust below containment bucket. Easy to empty. Accurate water gauge on front.

Amazingly Quiet and Efffective.. you barely know it's there. Fans on both sides keep air circulating throughout the room and no separate fan is needed to eliminate damp spots. By FAR the best dehumidifier we've ever purchased.

My old dehumidifier broke and I quickly needed a new one. Not much selection for the time of year it was, but I found this one and it seemed like a decent price. It works well for what it is, I haven't had any problems with it.

I bought this dehumidifier for our daughter’s family’s basement. They have had serious moisture since thy moved in 7 years ago. They’ve had two previous dehumidifiers that just weren’t up to the challenge. This Frigidaire has a higher rating and is quieter than any I have heard before.

I live in a tri-level house that always seemed to be damp. This Frigidaire - 50-Pint Dehumidifier sucks all of the moisture in the house. My damp problem has been solved. I purchased this at Best Buy for a much better cost after seeing it at Home Depot.

This unit is half the size of my previous one. I bought it for its continuous drain feature. At first I thought it might be too small for my very large basement. But after a day, it lowered the humidity to the set point and has kept it there ever since.

My third purchase. They work well and are dependable. Would recommend.

Blows my mind the amount of good reviews for this unit unless they made their review immediately after purchase. My unit worked for almost 4 months then quit. Doesn't run for more then 5 minutes and gives a "F0" error and quits. It was still in in the 1 year manufacture warranty so I contacted Frigidaire customer service. After some basic troubleshooting the unit was deemed defected. They were at least pretty helpful. Returned my call after a few days with a confirmation code that I had to give to my local best buy and got an exchange for a new unit. My local Best Buy is a 1 hour drive away which was a hassle but the exchange went smooth. Since I got the same unit I went ahead a purchased an extended warranty for this unit because I have my doubts it will last.

The dehumidifier is designed well, it keeps our basement dry with minimal effort because of the pump we have connected to the unit, and it seems to be well made. The only minor drawback is working with the display screen, but overall very happy with product and our nice dry basement.

Shopped all the big box home improvement stores for a basic dehumidifier for my boat. Too many bells and whistles with too high prices. Just want a sturdy dehumidifier that keeps the air below a certain humidity level and can be drained with a hose. This fit the bill.

What a work horse the dehumidifier is. We plugged it in down in our basement and the condensate container filled up in just a few hours. We may need to attach a hose and move it to the furnace room, but being able to move it from room to room is nice. One unexpected consequence is that the entire 1200 square foot basement is a lot warmer now, which will be fine in the winter time but is not so good in the summer time. When winter rolls around and the whole house humidifier clicks in, we will not be running the dehumidifier anyway, so the take away is, expect an extra AC demand all summer to compensate for the dehumidifier exhaust heat, no matter what brand you purchase.

I have had this in use for the past month. WOW, it runs rings around our old one. The 2 gallon reservoir is a bit tricky to remove but has a good carry handle. This dehumidifier pulls out 8 quarts in 5 hours and really helps our basement.

Very pleased. This unit was just what I was looking for and it sure did the job.

The good news is that it worked well, I really don't have anything to compare it by, however it works fine and pumps none stop. Take note that it works better with a hose verses just the bucket that way it can run all day. Hose sold separately.
