Works well so far. HAVE TO empty it everyday as it fills up fast. I'm a small gal and it is a little heavy to lift it but MY last one was the same size bucket. UNFORTUnately I can;t hook it up to anything.

Noticed our basement was starting to get musty. Bought this to keep the humidity at or below 50%. We empty the water every 24 hours. This easily keeps the moisture down in our 600 sq ft basement.

We were worried that this humidifer would not do the job for our whole basement which is quite large and finished. This humidifer does the job great and keeps everything dry and smelling good.

We get a damp basement in the summer and this guy keeps the humidity down perfectly. Controls are easy to use and very simple to hook to a pump to not have to empty the tank.

The unit seems to do a good job of pulling the humidity from the air to keep the basement dry. I like the adjustability of the settings and there are guidelines for basement settings.

This dehumidifier does a great job. Before using it my basement felt and smelled a little damp. It pulled a lot of moisture out of the basement. I would highly recommend it.

This dehumidifier is quiet and efficient. Probably, I should have bought a larger one, but this certainly has made a difference in the humidity level in our basement--much drier!

I did not realize just how much moisture was in my basement until I used this dehumidifier. It really works well to keep my basement at a much more comfortable temperature and keeps the air fresher.

Seems to be working really well. Because of the rainy season we've been having my basement has been wetter than normal. Using the Frigidaire Dehumidifier is doing the trick.

Dehumidifier does a good job. Wish there was a sink in our basement to attach a hose to dehumidifier so we do not have to carry the water container upstairs to empty.

Good for removing the humidity in the basement area.

We have had this in several locations in our house and it has performed well overall. Some might think it's a little loud, but I find white noise soothing, and wouldn't expect a dehumidifier to be silent anyway.

I purchased this to help dry out a damp house that have been closed up for 2 years. It has done an excellent job and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Very easy to use and easy to empty.

I don't think the barometer is correct, as I have a standalone one that sits near the device and it typically registers between 3-5 degree lower than the dehumidifier. Adjustments are increments of 5% so if I go lower than 50% this never shuts off. So 50% really gets it down to between 45%-47%. It puts off a fair amount of heat too. I had a different brand before a few years ago, so its been awhile since I have owned one, but I don't remember it giving off that much heat. However, it was recalled, so its probably not the best benchmark. If removing water from the air is your game, this gets it done. The 50pint I bought I use upstairs and a 70pint I have for the basement. Recommend either one.

Had moisture issue in the house and bought this unit to try and get some out. At first we were getting 4-5 buckets a day then it started slowing down. Works great to control moisture in the home!

This dehumidifier not only removes the moisture from our finished basement, it reduces the musty basement odor. Our electric bill was unaffected by the two month continuous use of tbis appliance.

After my first purchase, I bought another one because I love it so much. It does what it's supposed to do very well. Sound is pretty loud but the problem disappear when I set the power to 'low'.
