the water right out of the air!! Bought it to control the amount of humidity in the garage during the summer months. So far so good.

Pros : Removes humidity quickly, does not use a lot of power. Cons : The water tank is difficult to remove.

I'm thoroughly impressed by how much water this actually takes out of the air. The unit is a little loud to run at night but I can't complain about its performance.

It works like most dehumidifiers - removes moisture form the air within a confined space (e.g., basement) - and does a good job at it.

I bought this unit to dehumidify my enclosed patio. It works great. I can keep the humidity at 35%. I empty the bucket roughly every other day.

Used in master bedroom when AC went out. Works great, easy to use and move around. Great as aC backup or as dehumidifier if needed.

Great humidifier that quickly extracts the excess moisture out of my basement. Able to set moisture level and speeds. Only complaint is that it warms up the basement by a few degrees.

This unit really does the job. Runs fairly quiet. I use it in the basement and have a hose hooked up to the floor drain. So far no problems!

I have had many dehumidifiers in my day and this one is great! I have not had any problems at all. It does its job and will last long.

I am happy that I acted and bought the Frigidaire 50 PT dehumidifier. It's doing a great job. Only it runs hot after a while.

Nice, quiet motor. I like the digital readout. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I was a bit disappointed that the bucket is rather small, but it is easy to empty.

Works well, it drops a little when emptying the tank. A little Loud for being used in a room but works and looks great

Excellent dehumidifier! Over a year into ownership and it still works great and keeps my basement dry!

I highly recommend this Frigidaire dehumidifier. My only complaint is that on this model they made the water canister difficult to slide out when emptying. It is also a little tough to fit back into place. There are lots of neat features including the large blinking light to let you know that it's time to empty. You can avoid the hassle if you connect a hose to expel the water directly instead of manually emptying. My last Frigidaire dehumidifier worked very well for about five years. I hope to get as much life out if this. I've had this working in basement All spring and summer and very pleased thus far.?
