I bought one from Home Depot and it didn't last 2 years. So far this works great, and I bought the warranty just in case.

This unit controls when it dehumidifies. It runs quiet. The flashing bar let you know when it's full so it can be emptied. So far we have no complaints

This product works great. Our only complaint is that it is noisy but you get used to it. And it does the job in our 750 s.f. apartment.

While it is noisy, it is very efficient at removing moisture from the air. Placed in the basement where the noise is not a problem has worked well.

Liked working with Best Buy. First day took it from room to room checking it out. Rolled easily on the floor. Started collecting water and showing the current humidity on the monitor. Taking the bucket out was easy but give it a few seconds after turning off because it will continue to drip. It was purchased for the crawl space under the house and we attached a piece of garden hose and put a hole through door. Works great and can see the water dripping out end of hose.

Glad got bigger tank version. Used in home basement for selling home and then apartment. Works great and removes humidity.

I had to replace a unit that was 12 years old. They have gotten a lot better over the years. I like the new design.

It meets most my requirements. Only one condition has not been considered significantly. When you select continuous mode (using a drain tube to sinker), the system frequently works for several hours without pause. It sometimes causes frozen in the condensation system. In this case machine will work without dehumidification. In other words, If you leave the house for days the system will continuously works for days. Therefore I suggest the manufactory to set up an pause (such as 30 min) in continuous mode to prevent the system become overheating.

have used this brand before. needed another one in basement. works perfectly and does the job.

If you use the hose adapter it a worhorse. The yank also really nice as well and the capacity is the best for the price.

Easy to use. Works great. Bought for our basement. It took the musty smell away within hours.
