My house was getting to be around 70% humidity and I had to do something about it, so I looked up dehumidifiers and read the reviews and went with this one. It works great had my house down to 45-50 with in a couple days. The only down to it is having to dump the reservoir often. There is a hose to attach and run out side but have not installed yet.

The dehumidifier we purchased about four weeks ago has been working great. I read other reviews and they were spot on on how well this product works. we've had no issues with it other then it is just a little bit loud. No problems it's working like a charm. I would purchase this product again.

This product was so easy to set up and started working immediately. The only catch is that it does not come with a hose and we spent a few moments figuring out that you just needed a garden hose to solve the issue. Once that was taken care of, things have been running smoothly and the basement is dry.

excellent as unit moves easy and moisture is taken out quickly

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom. Her basement gets damp and has a few leaks when rains are heavy. This dehumidifier was the perfect size for her basement and really helps to keep the dampness and musty smell at bay.

Looks nice and is relatively quiet. I've had a tough time in recent years getting dehumidifiers to last more than a year or two. This one did a great job for the first season. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it continues to serve our needs for several years to come.

This unit is not taking as much water out of the air on an hourly basis as my old one before it broke but it still does the job. Do not like having to use an adapter to connect a hose because I like to use the bucket every month or so to make sure it's working OK. I would still buy again due to warranty on closed system.

Did exactly what I expected it to. Bought this because of my daughters ear problems in hopes it would help keep infections away. Due to her needed another surgery any ways (that's supposed to make all this unnecessary) we decided to return it but we never had any issues and it always seemed to help.

Works great, but I've only had it less than a month. Time will tell. I have had bad luck with previous dehumidifiers. The compressors don't tend to fail, it is the associated electronics. Bought an extended warranty. Best Buy has been GREAT with prior extended warranties.

Our dehumidifier was not working. Went to Best Buy and they found the perfect one for my basement usage. It is working better than the one I had before. All I had to do is explain my need and they steered me to the correct one that would work perfectly. Which it does.

this unit works perfectly and effectively. I have a two story home and the upstairs was always extra humid. this unit has resolved that issue. works excellent and the A/C doesn't work as hard and I can keep the temp set higher than I use to since the lower humidity is much more comfortable.

The Frigidaire Dehumidifier is easy to set up and empty.

I love my dehumidifier. It doesn't run constantly like my old one and the water capacity for the water is awesome. You won't have to dump the water as often. Very energy efficient. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to save money on having great working dehumidifier.
