Good size and works well! Easy to empty. Easy to move

Can't beat it for the price. It does what I bought it for.

I did my research for a reliable product as this purchase was a gift After one month all is good. I would like to add that the customer service at BestBuy is excellent. I have made several purchases recently and the staff at the store are very knowledgeable and helpful

I think I had gotten used to the damp smell of the basement during the winter, but there was a damp odor even with the windows open in the spring. Within two days of purchasing this 50 pint unit, the musty smell was resolved. Extra bonus: my partner thinks I'm a genius!

Can not empty into bucket without getting water on floor.Needs to change spout. Hole to small.

I'm thankful this hooks into my furnace so it drains automatically. You can also use the bucket but you need to empty it every night. I like you can set it to various humidity levels and that it will shut itself off if it doesn't need to run.

Excellent size. Holds enough water that it doesn’t need emptied frequently, yet water bucket light enough when full for older person to lift. My daughter liked it so much she purchased one to use in homes she is listing for sale. Great product.

This unit replaced a previous version of Frigidaire that was acting strange and running hi and low all the time. I purchased the extended warranty through Best Buy and when we took it back in, we discovered that the previous unit we had was recalled. Best Buy exchanged the unit for this one. So far it is working fine.

I use this product in my basement where it has the most moist in the air. After my kids shower you can really feel it and this product does the job you can breath better after all that moist is removed. It also has an adjustable humidistat.

I had purchased the same dehumidifier only it was a 30 pint. I had issues with it after only one 1/2 seasons (that is only the summer in NH). Couldn't get it replaced so I bought this 50 pint and it works great. Just make sure you get the extended warranty.

My dehumidifier is working great, however it is putting out warm - hot air. Normally it generates about 10 degrees of heat in addition to room temperature. I have to run a fan to try and cool down the temperature in my basement. When winter comes this may be great, but in the summer it's not what I am looking for.

I have used this Frigidaire dehumidifier for a couple weeks and so far, it performs well. My main complaint is with the water collection bucket. It's very difficult to remove from the unit and awkward to reinstall. The bucket seems top heavy and easily spills. In my case, using a hose is not an option.

This product serves the exact reason why I purchased it. It lowered the humidity levels in the basement significantly and it looks great. Would recommend this product for anyone looking to make their basement less humidity and the air a higher quality.

Replaced and older unit with this one and seems to do a good job but drain hose doesn’t drain out correctly, even with hose connected it still fills bucket. Gets very warm not sure if it’s normal but my old unit didn’t.

Our dehumidifier is doing a great job of keeping our basement dry. We’ve had a considerable amount of hot and humid weather this summer and the basement is fresh and dry. There has been no condensation on pipes or our well tank.

This takes the humidity in part of our home from 75% to 40-45% in a relatively short amount of time. I was impressed. Our area of NC can be quite humid so we needed a serious dehumidifier that doesn't cost a fortune; this gets the job done.
