Works well and bucket is sturdy. Not very quiet but won't disturb TV watching or anything like that. Timer function works well, set for a few hours every morning when I leave and house is always nice and dry when I get home in the evening.

Bought this 5/17. Used for 2 summers only. Noticed reddish cast to water after dumping first bucket of water. Thought that was odd, but didn't think much more of it. Went to use this summer (2019) and FO code. Upon further searching for error, ended up removing cover from back. Evaporator coil has severe rust damage on sides, which accounted for color. Apparently rusted and leaked refrigerant. Had to be rusted from day I purchased. Total junk. Customer Service won't return any emails (you can't talk to them). Don't buy Frigidaire. If you do, check water for rust!! Also, I've come across others with exact same issue. This is a manufacturing defect, but they don't cover any rust inside or out!! Again, JUNK!!

This dehumidifier does work but I don't think it's going to remove up to 50 pints. The reservoir is a little awkward to remove and put back and the machine is quite heavy and not easy to move around if needed.

Works great! We used for days never cutting it off. Use the water hose and drain off into shower. It will save you from dumping the bucket several times a day. Great product. Was used during Hurricane Florence as well.

I purchased this dehumidifier in 2016 and to this day, I haven’t had any problems with it at being over 3 years old. I also purchased the 4 year geek squad protection plan, which is excellent. Thanks Best Buy.

This dehumidifier works perfectly in my basement, this summer has been very humid and there was always that musty kind of a smell. But this item completely cleared it away and there is no smell at all. Great investment.

I am quite happy with my Frigidaire 50-pint Dehumidifier. It is amazing how much water it collects from the humidity in the air. The only downfall is that on high and medium speeds it is quite noisy. It also expels quite abit of warm air. But I do believe my air conditioner runs less.

Works well keeping basement dry. It is difficult pouring the water out of the "bucket" heavy and goes right to top. I have to carry it upstairs to empty. Also, can't tale out water container as soon as it stops as water continues to drip out onto the base and have wipe out before using.

This is an easy-to-setup and easy-to-use humidifier. it works well, I was surprized how much water it accumulates from our basement. It helped pull humidity levels from 70-80% to 50%. The bucket is easy to detach,empty and reattach.

It seems to be working as anticipated so far. It's a little louder running fan that I'd thought and has to be emptied twice a day in our house. Which tells me it works better than our last that only had to be emptied once a day. No real complaints about it.

It is a wonderful dehumidifier. I am very happy with this product. It has a handle which you can carry everywhere and has a blicking light to tell you the tank is full. It is a neat product. It is so easy to use.

The store honored the price of a competitor. The humidifier seems to work fine. The container of water does spill a little when you are pouring it out, but you just need to be careful and pour it slowly.

I needed a new dehumidifier and had no clue on which one to get. I researched and this brand kept appearing, so I figured why not. Best Buy does a price match guarantee , so I knew I would get the lowest price and earn towards rewards.

I didn't think my house had much moisture in the air, except for one room. Ran this thing for two weeks, emptied it's big tank twice a day, wow! Hooked it to a drain hose now and set the desired humidity. Works great, and portable.

During the summer this dehumidifier was a must have for the keeping the air in my master bedroom and bathroom area dry and clean. A plus was the shower dried so quickly I didn’t have to clean it as much!

We had a flood in the basement. Sucked the water out of carpet with carpet cleaner then put fans on it with 2 of these dehumidifiers.....Dried it out fast..... Love them.... Saved me a ton of money ...not replacing carpet....

This is my third dehumidifier in three years! One recalled, one crapped out weeks after the warranty. Got a price match at Best Buy and so far this one is a winner. I will say the associates at Best buy were very accommodating.

The striking aspect about this item was the instruction booklet; it was written in clear, no nonsense English and was easy to follow. It performs as advertised and hopefully it will provide many years of service in my basement.

We were getting mold in my apartment complex and this dehumidifier works wonderful take water from the air that you never knew was there and it prevents the mold also help keep the house warm when it is cold.

Bought this to replace one we had running in our basement. It works well is quieter than the old one. The bucket is a bit awkward to remove but it isn't an issue since we have it connected to a hose leading to the drain. All in all happy with this purchase.
