So far the unit is much quieter than the GE unit I was borrowing. The bucket slides out for easy dumping of the water. It rolls around nice and the water drain option will be nice once I hook that up. I looked at a lot of reviews before purchasing this one and so far I'm happy with my purchase.

This product has been a solid purchase so far. It definitely sucks the moisture out of the air and isn’t really all the loud, even at its max fan speed. I wouldn’t be able to sleep in the same room as the dehumidifier, however. The only two downsides I have seen so far is that it really heats up the house (great in the winter though) and that you have to shut the machine off and let it sit for awhile before removing the bucket. If you don’t it drains some water after it’s removed and then you have to soak it up with a towel from the frame and the floor. It’s not a ton of water but it took me a few times to figure out why I had a puddle on the floor. It’s done exactly what I bought it for so I have no regrets, so far!

Some reviews say it's noisy, but the 7 year old dehumidifier it replaced by a different manufacturer was loud! This one is not whisper quiet, but it's more than quiet enough. Excellent controls too. One very slight problem is that the tank is a little tricky to replace after emptying.

We purchased this to help out our AC, which it has!!!!! Our AC cannot handle the humid summers in Georgia without assistance. This thing pulls so much moisture out, we can barely keep up with dumping all the water out of the collection container. Finally our AC can cycle normally. We are completely satisfied.

I purchased the dehumidifier due to the excellent reviews. I have it in the basement where the humidity was 80 +. First I tried running using the bucket so I could check for any leaks. Didn’t have any leaks and I had to empty the bucket two to three times a day. After being satisfied with the bucket test I connected a 50 ft. hose and ran it to my sump pump. Everything works great and it has been running for many weeks now. It is very quiet and I love the controls. The three speeds for the fan are excellent. My house is a large colonial and the mid-size unit does great. I have the humidity set at 45 and it holds the humidity there. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone.

I'm using this in the downstairs of a bi-level home and it works great. It removes humidity quickly. Easy to empty and runs as quiet as can be expected.

It runs efficiently and relatively quiet. It however has a water bucket that fills too quickly. Smaller than comparable models. Better for those planning to use direct drainage not bucket. I save water for other uses.

This dehumidifier is not only efficient but also quiet. The bucket is easy to remove and empty. The bucket full light is a bar across the front, no need to be really close to the unit to detect. It doesn't take up as much floor space as my previous one and works just as well. I like it!

Bought this together with the 70 pints and both are more or less the same, this unit has a 50 pints capacity, other than that it performed well and was quiet. It helped me dry up my basement store and the controls allow me to set the humidity properly so that it does not run all the time

This dehumidifier not only performs well, but it is also attractive. Most other units are not very nice looking, but this one has a glossy and clean look to it. The unit is very easy to use and allows for easy access to the water storage tank. I am very happy with the unit overall.

Our home is 4200 sq. ft. and we found we needed two dehumidifiers to handle all the humidity. We purchased this as our second dehumidifier and are very happy with its performance. Both dehumidifiers are Frigidaire 50 pint and we are completely satisfied with their performance!

This is the perfect dehumidifier for my use. I added the hose to drain and it took a musty basement to dry and habitable. It is nice to use the humidity control and the automatic shut off at the set level. I am completely satisfied with this product.

I'm an HVAC serviceman who lives in an apartment. The maintenance men at my apartment complex don't know how to properly charge an air conditioner. The system is overcharged and my apartment is humid with a moldy smell which is making my allergies go crazy; so, since they won't let me work on it, I was forced to buy a dehumidifier. This one looks good while it sets in the corner, not too loud, and the bucket is big enough to last about a day before needing emptied. Easy to use. I've only had it about a month, the reviews were good, working as expected. So far so good.

t is a very nice looking item, and it has a very sturdy handle on top to not only lift it out of the box easily, but to move it around when needed. I'm impressed with features such as setting a desired humidity level, 3 fan settings and a timer.

I have a small room, about 13X13 and a small closet about 3x3 and it works like magic. My room gets incredibly humid and I'm glad I opted to get this over another tiny dehumidifier. Just pull it out when you need it, and roll it back into the closest when done.

Easy to set up right out of the box. Handsome unit. Quiet. Efficient. Excellent for maintaining a low humidity, comfort level in a basement area.

I never realized the difference this could make in my apartment. Pulling the extra humidity out of the air makes everything so nice. People always comment on the air in my house, as it's paired with a very high quality Coway Air Purifier.

This dehumidifier keeps my basement dry and cool. I have to empty it at least every 12 hours in this weather. I should get a hose and use that draining system but I use the water collected for my plants, so it's great. I am pleased with how quiet it is,too.
