The unit lasted 10 months. I failed to submit before the warranty expired so I am stuck with it giving an "F0" error after running for about 30 minutes. I will try another brand next time as I would expect a reasonable dehumidifier to last at least 2+ years.

I am getting FO fault message, like everyboyd else, and it is 2 years old. Stay away from this product and anything manufactured by Frigidaire.

Got this model as open box to save a few bucks. Brought it home ran a few minutes and stopped working. It has a sensor which was not working correctly and always shut it off,had to return it.

I noticed that this dehumidifier didn’t pull as much water as past units over the past few months but was even more disappointed when it completely died adder only 7 months.

Stopped working about 4 months back with error code. If I switch it off and turn back on it runs fine for half hour and again stops with error messages FO.

Worked fine for approximately 1 year and 3 months and then stopped working. I expect a dehumidifier to last more than a year and 3 months! Faced with purchasing another one now.

Lasted about 3 years. Good thing I had a four year service plan

Got the unit home and a wheel was broken. I am purchasing again because I hear it’s a great unit, but hope it’s in one piece the second time around.

After about 1 month of service, the unit started an "FO" fault code that I could not correct. It never really worked after that.

Fo failure. Junk. Run from this product. Stops running after 2 min and Frigidaire does not stand behind the product

Noise cancelation was adequate. Don’t buy expecting Bluetooth capabilities. You’ll be disappointed. Move up to more expensive model.

The F0 error is covered under a 3 year warranty. call 8774353287 for warranty replacement.

Purchased June 2017; stopped working March 2019, under normal conditions (basement).

This dehumidifier worked great, but only lasted a little over a year.

Set up the product. It actually added more heat and humidity.

This "new" model is my 3rd Frigidare dehumidifier in 6 years. The other 2 no longer work. I don't hook a drain hose to the unit. The water storage area is smaller than the previous models, so must be emptied more often. When I remove the tank for emptying, about 2 tablespoons of water drops from the coil area wetting the floor, which is an annoyance.The unit works well though, and it has lots of control options. If you use a drain hose, I would recommend it. I'm hoping this new model lasts longer than my previous models.

Great Dehumidifier. Frigidaire makes quality products that do a fantastic job. Purchased a brand new house and need to remove all of the moisture within the house. Purchased the 50 pint dehumidifier from BestBuy online and have it running 24/7 in the basement. Does a fantastic job of keeping the humidity level down (sitting around 45 - 50). Unit is easy to setup, requires minimal maintenance and works well. Amazon was slightly cheaper and had no issues having Bestbuy price match no questions asked. One thing to note is that this unit does not come with a draining hose if you plan on using this unit with a floor drain. Ran out to Home Depot and picked one up for cheap and all good to go. Just make sure the hose is connected tightly otherwise you might a little water dripping. Enjoying the unit very much. Recommended.

This humidifier was pretty straightforward took it out the box removed the protective tape and it was basically plug and play, but you do need to keep it upright for 1 hour if you had it laying down during travel from the store. It runs with minimal noise and throws off only a slight heat, ran it the first night and pulled all the moist musty air in half my basement before it filled up. Emptying out the water was also easy and straightforward and the handle helps out a lot in the spill department. Overall I was very impressed with the ease of use quick plug and play set up minus the keeping it upright for an hour before use, and how effectively it worked.

Read lots of reviews before getting it. I'm glad I did. It's keeping my basement dry at 40% humidity. I got the 50 and it works,,,

Wow - didn't expect this to be so powerful, quiet, efficient, and effective. Bought it for my basement man cave - felt a little humid this summer - and what a difference. I'm amazed at how fast the reservoir fills - and the best part is the automation which recognizes the humidity and capacity issues. Great product.
