Hey purchase this AC unit. At my local Best Buy do to a strange heat wave in my commute in my area. Being from SoCal I'm used to the Heat and. So moving to Wisconsin they didn't think much about it but oh my goodness the humidity here required the purchase of a window unit.this unit above an boyond its capabilites. ?.

I purchased this AC almost one year ago. I'm a little slow on the review, but the AC served it's purpose in cooling down our apartment common area. No complaints when there were several people gathered on steamy night. I'd recommend for price and satisfaction of beating the heat.

I bought this in summer late 2015, was extremely hot around 89 degrees Fahrenheit. So i decided to buy it, and i placed it to my living room that is (18x14,Squared feet) This AC blew the living room off at low setting and Eco tech mode on. But the drawback is it EAT`s your electricity bill.

Works well, sometimes the AC part seems to turn off randomly and I need to turn it off and then on again to get the AC to turn back on (i.e. not just the fan). I think the filter needs to be changed, and this happened quickly.

SUPER SUPER !! got the same model last year for my kids room, I got another AC for my room, can't complain, easy to install, easy to use, I'm a happy Best Buy Frigidaire customer :)

The AC was put into action on hottest day of year when central AC stopped working. It worked its butt off keeping top of house cool (heat rises). I am sure under normal conditions and with econ mode it will be a great asset

Quick and easy to install. This unit is not as quiet as the more expensive models, but for the price it is a good model. Not made as well as it could be, but again for the price it is worth the value. Would buy again.

I'm very happy with this a/c. I bought it to replace a smaller btu unit for the living room / den/ / dining room. The rooms are cool and the humidity is sucked out of the rooms as well. Throw an oscillating fan in the room to push the cool air around and you are set.

installed in the garage so I can work in there during hot summer months. works well.

I purchased this AC at 86 Street and Lexington Avenue at a Best Buy one of the worst customer service in New York City but I got the AC on a very hot day and I am satisfied with my purchase very quiet and very powerful cools the entire living room

We purchased a frigidaire 8000btu for our 3rd floor living room. It wasn't powerful enough to cool the 33ft by 15 ft area, so we bought the 12000btu model. This larger model is great. It is quiet and most importantly cools the space very quickly.

Needed an AC for the summer. Decided on getting this one because it wasn't too big. When I opened the box, there were a few dents on the unit. it worked great either way, so I kept it. I was actually surprised at how fast it cooled up the room.

We bought this for our bedroom that has a flat roof with very little insulation. It can cool off the room very quickly and keeps it from getting to the normal 88 -89 degrees it usually is in the summer. We can actually sleep in that from now.

In the heat this ac delivers cold air and I have 4 years of warranty which is great if it stops cooling the Best Buy ppl come to my home and fixes it. I only recommend you buy at this by the warranty is great and the products are even better.

bought this due to the extreme heat this year to keep my dogs cool during the warmest part of the day, works great, as long as it isn't on econo mode.

This unit cools a medium sized room fairly quickly and keeps it cool. I put it in the dining room But I don't have any doors to close it off from the rest of the house. This unit still cools the dining room and kitchen to a comfortable temp.

Great AC our old air conditioner died and we needed a new one quickly because of the heat so we went to Best Buy and got this awesome deal on this air-conditioner and it works very well
