I always check other reviews before buying and this unit fit my budget and fit my comfort zone as well, meaning I was confident it would work for me. It didn't disappoint and so far so good. It's Icy Cold and cools the Living room well.

Bought this ac because I saw how well the 10000 but one worked at my office. This AC doesn't dissapoint. I have an old 1200 square foot house with poor insulation and this cools an entire floor to 70 on 95 degree day.

This air conditioner kept our living/dining area nice and livable during a recent heat wave. It s not powerful enough to cool a roomful of people, as we often entertain our large family, but it does the work nicely.

I have a very small house and it is perfect for this size. It was 90 degrees the other day and it cooled this 900 square feet home just fine. I use some small fans to bring the cool air into the bedrooms.

I read all the reviews and did my due diligence to make the best, most economical choice. I purchased two for two separate floors of the house. They work well and have kept us cool on hot days this summer.

Purchased one a few years ago and needed to replace another air conditioner. And purchased same brand and model love this air conditioner. Can I also say replaced a Frigidaire that was 9 or 10 years old.

This unit is used to cool down an area about 250 square feet, works fine,noise level is ok,with a fan to distribute the air does a really good job,could use some improvements on installation hardware.

I love to cook. But the weather has warmed up and my kitchen needed to be cooler while the oven was on. This AC solved the problem and has enough power to keep the adjoining living room cooler as well.

I was really surprise on how well the air conditioner works because I had the same btu before this one was a replacement for it. This one cools alot better.

Its very quiet, even on higher settings. Very easy to install and looks good once its in the window. Easy to operate and came with a good manual.

I first purchased this AC as an open box item from BB. I was using a lemon for a couple of years and had no idea. I didn't realize until some guests mentioned my house was hot, even after turning to the coldest setting. I purchased a new version of the AC, and wow... I couldn't believe that I was using a non-functional AC for such a long time. The (new) AC works great and cools down the house. I am a little worried about the reliability, since my first one didn't work from the start.

This is the most powerful unit I could buy that would fit in these windows. The building is 90 years old. Keeps the whole place cool. And the ionizer is a great benefit. Highly recommend it.

works well I live in a trailer and its hard to cool this has kept my living room / kitchen cool during the past couple of weeks of 90 degree heat I think it will do really well when temps are nomal
