This unit looks good and cools very very well. On high fan speed, it is a little loud. It was very easy to install.

Its good, a bit louder than I would like, and doesn't seem to read the room temp accurately, but if you just adjust for your comfort its great. Cools quickly.

Easy install, unit meets the load capacity stated. The remote control provides many handy features and it's instructions are easy to comprehend.

all part were in the box. installation went well it cooled well during the month of August in St. Louis mo.It was not real heavy.

Since this is my first window air conditioner purchase in nearly 50 years, I wasn't sure what to expect. The unit does a good job of cooling about 600 sq.ft. of area in an apartment with west-facing windows and little shade in the afternoon. The unit could be quieter, but I don't consider it too loud to be an annoyance while conversing or listening to television. Installation required some innovative thinking since no direction was provided for anything but a double-hung window.

This is a heavy and powerful AC unit. It quickly cools down three rooms. There are three fan speeds. I do find that even the lowest is a little loud. I do think Frigidaire does a great job with the window mounting accessories. I do like the timer function a lot. The energy saver is also good but I find it a little strange when it only comes on for a minute, shuts off and then comes back on and runs for several minutes. In general find this to be a very good AC.

Air conditioner. Cools super late bedroom and allows a restful sleep. The quiet running conditioner allows restful sleep. Purchase gives us added time to replace central which needs repair.

I'm more than pleased with its performance and efficiency. It runs smooth and keeps the house nice and cold!

Basically cooling 2 rooms and a hallway with help of 2 box fans. 24x16 living room, and 16x16 kitchen. The remote is awesome shows room temp at all time. Just set temp and done, plus all weather strip is supplied with a/c. Makes install very easy, and filter light lets you know when to clean reusable filter. Cooling 721 sq. ft. which is more than specs. Great product!!!!

Cools entire downstairs. Has timer and remote control operated. A little noisy but great price for product.

This unit replaced an 18 yr old Frigidaire that had been so loud we couldn't comfortably be in the same room it was in. This new unit is much more quiet and cools so much more quickly; we love the remote because I work from home so if I get a caller with a low voice I can just press the button, finish my work then another push and I'm basking in cool air.

geek squad installed my 115 w 12000 btu a/c and i have zero complaints. this a/c cools 2 medium size rooms - approx 12 x 12 - one being a kitchen taking direct sun - i do have a ceiling fan and box fan to move air further into the kitchen - but the rooms are cool and comfortable - not as loud as i expected and if i thought about it sooner would have purchased a/c with a dehumidifier as a mode. happy with this purchase

I live in California where the weather can easily reach the 100s and I bought this ac a year ago for an 1 bedroom that felt like an oven once the weather hit 79 degrees. I loved it. I would run it for hours to the point where we would need to turn it off for a bit because it would get too cold. So far it’s still working great and my electricity bill doesn’t suffer. It’s a great energy saver

Purchased this air condition as a replacement (old air conditioner that wasn't that old and stopped working - it was only 10,000 BTU). This air conditioner cools so much faster and maintains the temperature in the house without running 24/7. It is quiet and I love the auto programming feature, as well as the remote! I was impressed how well it worked in the Illinois - 95+ degree - 75+ humidity days!

the ac unit reads 7 degrees lower than does the remote that sits on top of ac unit as well as my temp reading on my wall. My wall and remote temp. read same. The unit will never cool a room to 60 degrees but 65 is the best I can get with a fan blowing on temp. reader on ac. It has great power very cold air when it is running.

I needed the largest BTU, 110v window air conditioner to fit into a certain size "sleeve". Did some on-line research and found several units that fit the bill. The next day I stopped at Best Buy to see what they had in stock. They had one unit left of the A/C model I wanted as first choice at a better price than I saw on-line. Fast purchase, easy install and the unit has been working great.
