So had to pull it back out and return it to the store, (As Frigidaire support team does not work Saturday or Sunday). Got the replacement with little trouble from BEST BUY (that was a shock) took it home and re-installed the unit, the air coming out was cool and not cold, the temp was set to 60 deg (the lowest temp possible), I feel sorry for my son and granddaughter in the summer months when it is really hot and sticky. I did not have time to take this one back for replacement as I had to catch a plane home. I would not recommend this unit to anyone!!

Air exiting the unit is usually between 17°- 20°F lower than the intake air, and may not feel cold to the touch until the room temperature is reduced.
