Nice powerful window a/c with 12000 btu. Highly recommended

Very efficient air conditioner. Love the economy setting.

Had this for about a month, Great product a must have on a hot summer day, cools the first room in a Matter of minutes which is amazing. Some have said its too noisy but I believe it's not that bad. Go get it you won't regret it.

Keeps the room cool. Can get kind of loud, sometimes we have to turn it off for awhile just to hear the TV. Probably working extra hard because of the unusually hot weather.

This is a great unit. We have it in the living room and leave the bedroom door open and it cools both rooms with ease. The remote is awesome too. It has a thermometer that links to the Ac to keep the air near you cool.

This window unit does exactly what it's suppose to do. We bought for the 2nd floor bedroom. Room is about 144 SF. Cools the room perfectly. Isn't the quietest, but that's fine. Like the remote control feature.

Never took product out of box. Website stated wrong info on window size needed for installation. BB had smaller size listed but Frigidaire box showed height one full inch more needed. Returned to store for full refund. Told BB personnel they needed to get the info corrected (3 people - no one wrote it down or entered it into system that I could see) ...they likely get a lot of returns for this reason. Waste of store resources and time...the website was never changed..all affects BB bottom line doesn't it? Bought next lower BTU model down which had to be delivered while I was out of town....turns out the same problem... one full inch higher that on line spec. It looks like manufacturer changed dimensions from previous years model but BB never updated(s) specs. I looked the other day and both specs are still wrong. I have returned both the 12kbtu and 10kbtu to BB. No communication to corp? Corp not listening?....but it's all a waste of sales time isn't it? Return was fantastically easy. Getting both out of the house into car to return a royal PIA. Give a small reward to ee's who point it out...$25 gift card and your online business will be more reliable and store more efficient! Then they will for sure tell Corp what is wrong between the website and reality from box info and efficiencies will improve. Win..win.

This ac unit is literally cool. It was able to cool down my apartment during the really hot summers. The remote control works well and helpful so I don’t have to get up to change the controls.

Works great for my living room and kitchen. Even helps with a little more than that. Pretty easy install, less than an hour.

Upgraded from 10K unit that failed after 8 years of use. Bought this 12K with remote Temp control feature and more cooling capacity, because it had same footprint as old unit install was very simple.

The air conditioner does a great job in the combined area of our kitchen and living room. It easily and quickly cools that area, approximately 800 square feet, and keeps it cool for not much energy.

I use three of these to help manage the temperature in a 2,400 sq ft house that has poor insulation. They work great. They are simple to install and the price is not significantly higher than smaller units.

Very good air conditioner for the money, I would recommend this for larger area rooms it is a bit noisy but not overwhelming. It cools the 980 square-foot area that I put it in with no troubles

Upon starting up the unit, there is considerable crackling and popping noises, it is pulling excess moisture out of the air. Wasn't expecting that much noise, but a small price to pay for comfort!

Bought a 8,000 btu for the garage and was disappointed. Took it back the next day and traded up to the 12,000 btu model. It's ice cold in the garage. Colder than in the house. Awesome.

Works great! This air conditioner is nice & cold and great at keeping a consistent temperature in the room! Comes with a controller so you don't have to get up to change the settings!

This is an outstanding unit. Puts out plenty of cold air to almost cook my entire 1BDR apartment. The fan only function is useful as well. Easy to install, easy to program, easy to use. √√√

AC cools the entire living room, kitchen, and dining room without turning temperature really low. Only issue is a little loud, but for the price no complaints
