We got this 12,000 BTU for our small bedroom. Everybody was suggesting a 6,000 or 8,000 , but we are totally happy that we got 12,000. The room gets cold in a few minutes.

I love the features of the remote control. I can control the temperature without getting out of bed. This unit cools off a very large living room space in a matter of minutes.

This frigidaire 12000 btu air conditioner works very well in our home. It's kind of loud and I'm not a fan of it's economy mode but it does it's job and keeps us cool!

Quieter than my old unit. Nice energy saving features. The remote senses the temperature on the other side of the room which helps allow for even cooling in the room.

We have a raised ranch and this air conditioner keeps the living room and kitchen very cool. It was easy to install. We just purchased the 6000btu model for my son's bedroom.

Tiis unit cools down my entire first floor. Runs very quiet except when it is on high .You just need to turn up the volume on your TV. Would definitely buy it again

This was purchase to counter the hot new york summer, and it did it's job perfectly. It is presently cooling my open space living room and kitchen area, which is a big area.

this ac unit is great, and the air clean feature is a great bonus.but unfurtually ups damage my package because part of the case of the unit was either dented or broken but I manage to fix it.overall I gave 4 stars for the shipping quality but the unit is great.

Installation was a bit difficult, but due to new windows. But this AC is awesome. Very cool air reaches all rooms in the house and it doesnt make a lot of noise

Good air conditioning unit. Cools room very quickly. At night while the house is quiet the unit is quite loud. But acceptable as its doing its job of cooling the room :)

AC works really well. Low-high speed and econ. Easy, adjustable temperature. It's super heavy. Depending how far it's being carried, you need 2 strong people.

I bought this product due to a heat wave to replace an old ac unit. Living in a small NYC apt, this air conditioner is very cooling and not too loud.

Bought this window unit to replace one that burned out. It keeps my entire ground floor at a comfortable 70 degrees. Love the remote control access as well.

The Living Room and the attaching hallway very cool and comfortable. The remote control and timers are excellent features and very useful as well.

Very strong and powerful AC unit. Energy efficient and keeps the living room cool. There are times I have to turn off the unit because the room is so cold.

It works very well. Cools quickly and quietly. Just don't get the Geek Squad Protection Plan. They are a major rip off. I had to buy this A/C because an earlier one had died. I found out that the A/C is covered by a 5-year manufacturers warranty. Frigidaire was replacing the A/C for free. However, Geek Squad said I couldn't use there replacement since I had a Geek Squad plan. However, the plan was actually credit of the original price towards a new A/C. I had to pay the difference. Great unit -- sucky plan from Geek Squad.....BEWARE OF GEEK SQUAD

The AC is pretty strong and is capable of cooling my entire apartment. Its a little on the noisy side though

Based on the good reviews decided to replace my old 10000 btu Frigidaire. It cools very quickly, but will make some noise. An overall great buy.
