Air conditioner cools great. Easy to install. Quality product for the price.

This is my second one of these air conditioners. I am very happy with this product. Great energy efficiency and keeps the room very cool.

very easy set up and runs ice cold through out the living room kitchen and halls. its a lil pn the loud side but still it keeps place very cool.

Cooled down a 320 sq. ft. Florida Room in 10 minutes. It is kind of loud but you get used to after a while. Temp sensing remote works perfectly.

Out of all the a/c units at Best Buy we went with the 2k btu and I would recommend scooping one of these up. Easy to install and plug and go.

I've had this ac for one of the most humid months I can remember and it's held up great. Not terribly loud and the economy setting is great.

Bought this A/C to replace one that was dying. A/C is quiet and cools well. Using it in a sunny room. It works hard, but does well.

My new Frigidaire 12,000 BTU air conditioner is great. It cool the area very well. My only complaint is that it's a little loud.

Looks good, easy to install, easy to operate, just wished it would cool the sq ftg claimed....

Was looking for a simple not overly expensive AC unit. Based on my squarte footage I was looking for I only needed about 10,000 BTU but decided to overcompensate at 12,000 BTU figuring the extra juice couldn't hurt. Installed the unit myself. The only downside is the remote control I recieved has a digital screen that shows you the temperature and some of the digits weren't fully appearing. Contacted manufacturer and replaced it free of charge. Otherwise the unit has been operating just fine.

great air conditioner for the price. Multiple settings, comes with remote, easy set up. keeps my whole room nice and cool

This AC is wonderful it cools the room very well it's very efficient and my light bill isn't as high as when I had my other one

I like the energy saver part of it. Every 10 minuets or so, the fan will run for 10 seconds. This gets fresh air onto the temperature probe to get a more accurate reading of the room temp. The one I had before would sit idle till temp got high enough by the probe. Quite often the room would be at least 5 degrees warmer than the thermostat setting. I would have gone about 4.5 stars because it does take a couple nights to get used to in a bedroom. Otherwise it has worked perfectly for me.

Love all the functions. Fan only, energy control, and cool air. Also with different fan settings. Love the remote.

It cools entire 1 bedroom railroad apt! The remote control makes it easy to manage from bed at night love this ac.

The Unit works great for the bedroom. It cools down the room in minutes. Installation took a few trips to the hardware store, but in the end it was well worth it.
