It was ready right a way, but was damaged when I got it home. I had to take it back and of course that was the last one in stock. They did offer me this one at a discounted price. This one too was damaged, but much less then then first one. Easy installation. It is pretty loud, but definitely works great. I wish I could adjust the air flow better, as it blows straight out even with the adjustable vents.

Powerful air conditioner

I can not believe that this air conditioner keeps the whole area cool including my kitchen. It is the best one I have ever bought!

However the economy setting already has stopped working so it runs constantly. But possibly that is because it is already too hot to bear outside.

It works well for 720 sq ft even though it is desiged for max 550 sq ft. On 100° days it keeps the living rm, dining, kitchen at a comfy 76°. We realize we might wear it out faster by using it for a larger area, but we had an issue with window size. This fits, others would have been too large.

It was extremely hot because mine had broken that day. But we installed it and it almost instantly cooled off two rooms. I had to turn it off in a couple hours because it was so cold. Love it!
