Good for a medium size bedroom. Comes with remote control. Heavy but one person can install.

This A/C unit does a really good job cooling down my 450 sq foot bedroom. I was hoping it would be able to cool down my whole 850 sq foot apartment if I left my bedroom door open, but this didn't work out. I had to buy a second one for my living room in order to cool my whole apartment.

Two men were able to install and hook up the air conditioner. It cools the area we purchased it for. It also allows us to set the temperature that we want, It automatically starts and stops at that temperature. This is an extra air conditioner for a small area that we don't cool continuously.

Received the AC unit with dent on side and the rail bent. My husband straightened it out. Would of sent it back but really needed it. The weather was really hot.The AC works good.Wish it didn't have the dent and bent rail sucks when you purchase something new and it is damaged!

This unit has been amazing during the humid Chicago days! I bought it as a second unit but after installing, I noticed that it was the only unit needed to cool my 800 sqft apartment! I can't even keep it going too long or I'll freeze! My brother installed it in about 35 minutes and I was good to go! LOVE IT

Easy to install, blows cold, been on since I purchased it. Remote a little bulky.

I've had Frigidaire ac's in the past and they've never let me down, this one is no different, for 12,000 it's extremely quiet, although not as quiet as the equivalently sized Kenmore Elite, the Frigidaire does blow out colder air though, but overall I'm super happy with the Frigidaire ac.

My wall AC went out on us the beginning of the summer. This is a great substitute. Cooled the same amount of SF than the wall AC did. Only downside is it faces my dining room table so whomever sits on that side is always freezing.

Geat AC that gets the job done. its not loud and very effectively cools my apartment.

Replaced older window AC units with two of the 12K BTU Frigidaire models. Have been using them for just over a month now and they are keeping my 2200 sq ft log home at about 70 degrees while it has been over 90 for much of this time. Especially like that they have an economy mode that shuts it down until it is needed. Also like the remote sensing feature that uses the remote as a thermostat (note this feature does not work in eco mode you must be in cool mode). Overall great units and highly recommended.

Open box, $302, a steal. Output seems to be greater than 12,000. Noise is moderate- put fan on high during hot afternoons, otherwise use auto which is quiet enough. Be sure to get the remote temp sensor! It holds the temp extremely well! Cannot think of one negative.

Does a good job cooling and isn’t too heavy. Economy setting is nice

This unit replaced a 15k BTU unit and does the job even better. The remote sensor is very handy and based off of my digital thermostat is only off by 1 degree. Very handy feature when you want to maintain the temperature. We’ll see how the longevity goes.

A good air conditioner and a good value. It was easy to install, not too heavy for one person but two makes it a breeze. Frigidaire has proven to be a quality product across the years. We had a Frigidaire air conditioner in the past. Never had a problem.

This AC works really well. We liked it so much we bought a second one. Two units keep my 1000 sq ft home cool all summer. We have had issues with other brands kicking moisture into the house on humid days;however, we did not have that problem with this unit.

This is the best window A/C unit that I have owned and I have had 8 or 9. It looks better than the others and is much quieter. The temperature sensor is pretty accurate so the unit runs at the desired time and in a few minutes it shuts down. Nice installation kit also.

Outstanding unit. I bought this in hopes that it would just cool my 16x32 family room. Not only did it cool the family room but pretty much my entire down stairs including kitchen,dining room and bathroom.

IT REALLY COOLS AND FAST. SOMETIMES IT GETS SO COLD I HAVE TO PUT ON LONG SLEEVES TO KEEP FROM CHANGING THE TEMPERATURE SO MUCH. I KEEP IT ON 78 AND IT FEELS GOOD. SO GLAD I PURCHASED BECAUSE CENTRAL AIR WENT OUT AND I WAS TIRED OF COMING HOME TO A HOT HOUSE
