I actually was very surprised by this. Two positives are it’s light and it’s quiet. You can easily watch tv and it doesn’t over power the sound. I’ve had other 12000 btu units that were much, much colder.

They are spaced way to far away to have any effect on the air flow so it just blows forward into another room. A good unit if you just want the airflow to go straight.

This is an awesome unit! Remote functions as a thermostat using the "Remote Sensing" function. Would definitely buy again, and recommend this unit!

The fact that it was so hot we decided not to bother trying to return it for another one. We hope just hope it works properly.

I was a bit uncertain of the unit based on the BTU specs. In practice, the unit is very efficient and cools the entire cabin very well. It was a bit pricier than other options but I would recommend based on the effectiveness of the unit.

It isn’t too loud and it really does the job it’s suppose to do. It helped us cope with last years heat wave.
