Very heavy. Can not install with one person. That said, it’s an excellent ac window unit. More than adequately doing the job. Easy set up. Keeps the room cool within 2-3 * of the set temperature.

This air conditioner runs quiet but does not get as cold as a 12K BTU should be. I bough a similar unit same brand and rating in 2017 and it still performs better than this one.

Its not 12,100 btu its 12,000 when I question it in store his answer was its the samething, cools quick however it is a bit loud

This is our second Frigidaire AC. The only issue is it needs a dedicated circuit pr outlet. It doesn't say that on the box and took nearly an hour to get that info from a Frigidaire rep.

I bought this s A/C for my son and daughter in law. Upon arrival the packaging was awful it was the original box from Frigidaire. I knew the unit was damaged as soon as I totally pack it I knew it was. Four dents on end and corner that are outside. I was very upset to say the least. Unit works great and dent don’t affect the unit performance. But very poor quality control from Frigidaire, Best Buy and ups. Not sure who did the damage, but Im still mad unacceptable quality control. This is a unit that cost over 350.00 not happy and have pictures to prove.

I bought 3 of these units in 2 months and one blows steam out and I was told by factory to take it back and get replacement but store dont have one now. Factory was supposed to send to my house the later said they couldn't poor service from facrory.

This is a great unit. Keeps our bedroom nice and cool, just the way we like it. Probably need two people to install-a bit on the heavy side.

I bought this air conditioner for my kitchen, which is a large room. Even with the oven on, the unit has no trouble keeping the area cool at the desired temperature.

Keeps bedroom cool in the hot summertime. Could be quieter, but the noise it creates is soothing and helps us sleep so no biggie.

This replaced a GE that only lasted 2yrs. We have a 10k also that was purchased prior to the GE and it still runs great and is why we bought this one.

Bought this air conditioner for our bedroom and adjoining room - keeps the area cool and not as noisy as some units

The ac is quiet and really cools the whole area quickly. I like the light that shows when it’s time to clean the filter.

Our old air conditioner gave out so we were looking for a larger unit that could cool our rooms. We put this in our hall and it coos the hall and 2 bedrooms. (we have a small house). It works great for what we need it for.

We bought this window AC last year. We also have a portable unit on the other end of the house. Portable unit wins for cooling and the ability to dry the air.

Works great does seem to run more then the old one I had. You can’t point it up high enough. If you have it in the dinning room it will make the food cold because you can’t put the air up enough.

This A/C powerhouse has become the enforcer when it comes to beating the heat this summer. There has been a hot day yet that it hasn’t beat.

It's a soild unit afterall and dies the job right. It comes with a remote which makes it even better.

This air conditioner is great at climate control and energy saving, while still maintaining a comfortable and cool temperature.
