Good machine

My GE died a few weeks after the warranty it was a 6500 BTU and it did a better job than the Frigidaire . I feel let down by the GE. I have a Frigidaire 5000Btu in an office in the garage for 5 years and it is still going strong. LG is not a good brand either in my experience, so I am going to stay with Frigidaire.

Great emergency unit

it works well and blows cold air

It takes a learning curve to figure out the best settings during the day and night and what temp and speeds to set it at. When on fan only the digital temp numbers display the actual room temp. It's not the quietest a/c but does get the job done. It's easy to remove, clean and put back its dust filter which is front loading.

Good air condition for the price

The only negative aspects are the price is now $189.99 but when I purchased three at this time last year they were $159.99. Also, the temperature display only shows the temperature the a/c is set to, it doesn't change to the current room temperature so you can adjust if needed.
