So cool
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The window unit replaced a 12 year old unit and a new portable unit I tried that was defective (not purchased at BB). Love the features that allow for enery saver, fan only, auto fan. Unit was easy to install, cools great and looks good. It's a Frigidaire so I expect it will last a long time and run efficiently. I use the remote all the time!

Best ac in its price range
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely the best in its class! Has Energy saver, remote sensing, cool mode, econo mode, sleep mode, Auto fan, 3 speed, remote control, front panel controls. One of my big requirements is low DB's. Runs nice and acceptably quite! I bought 2 of these 6,000 btu units and 2 of the 8,000 btu units. This is the 6,000 btu. Not a disappointment!

Great for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this AC unit at the beginning of the summer and used it for the entirety of the summer. I started out in a 1 bedroom appartment, kept this in the living room and it kept my entire apartment nice and cool without jacking up my utilities, the energy saving feature works great! I moved to a 2 bedroom with a less open floor plan later in the summer, however my earlier statements remain true, kept in the living room, needed a fan to get it into my bedroom but it still worked really great. Very easy to put in and take out by myself.

Decent AC unit for small room
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This AC was purchased for a 2nd floor bedroom. The unit is easy to install and works well. It is a little noisy. We usually turn it on at night to cool down the room. Works great and comes with digital controls and a remote control. I would recommend it for a small space. Also it’s small so there is no condensation build up or water dipping out of the unit.
I would recommend this to a friend
Q: QuestionHow noisy is this unit? If i have the TV on in a bedroom will I have t have the tv volume very loud to hear it?
Asked by JJ.
- A:Answer I have had window air conditioners all my life. All were noisy. This is far more quieter than my two LG window air conditioners that I have in other rooms. It is quiet for a window air conditioner and it is louder than central air conditioning .

Q: QuestionDoes the unit leak water or does it evaporate the water?
Asked by Jason.
- A:Answer It must evaporate most. I've owned them for years and never see much water coming out of them. They do need to tilt a little outward or water could build up on the bottom of he unit. It has never been an issue, except when removing them there has rarely been a little water that spills on the floor. It cold get there from rain or condensation.
