There is a clamp that you screw into the frame of the window. Hardly noticeable but works perfect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its somewhat balanced, but closing the window on it in the top channel. A few screws into your window, then pull the sides out and screw them too
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It sits on the window sill. The upper window comes down and slides behind the upper bracket and holds it in place. The accordion like edges slide to the sides of the window. Most everything just sits in place. I buy AC tape from Amazon to hold pieces in place and seal gaps in the edges. The tape is clear like packing tape but more flexible and soft for sealing corners. Packing tape works but not as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a newer lightweight unit, so there is no bottom bracket. The only thing that holds it in place is the full length angle bracket across the top, which fastens against the window sash.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it is same thing as if you putting in pmace traditional ac,nothing different
