This is the second Frigidaire Window Air Conditioner I bought from Best Buy. Because I was very pleased with the first one, I got this for my 2nd bedroom. It's not the quietest A/C but it does a great job in cooling the room. Plus it has an energy saving mode for efficiency.

Cools well. A bit loud for the bedroom. Although it doesn't take long to cool master bedroom and bath down. The remote is great and we keep it in the bed so we can adjust the temp at night when we need to. I would buy it again.

So after doing research and checking my bedrooms square footage I decided this was the best bang for my buck. I went with a unit designed for a space just larger than my room because of a unit I had that hardly worked. This one is a beast. cools the room in minutes and has an Economy mode which keeps the room comfortable without it running constantly. This unit installed quicker than any I've ever owned and fit tighter than most! Assuming it lasts a long time I will only buy ACs from this company from now on!

This unit is much quieter than others I've owned. I love the remote for quickly and conveniently adjusting the settings. I find what noise it dose make very soothing and actually helps me fall asleep. And I can still hear music or the TV by only slightly turning up the volume when the unit is operating. It's a great value! I'm completely satisfied.

I have purchased 3 Frigidaire unit’s and extremely pleased with the results. They each cool the rooms quickly and have great settings such as energy saver and timer.

Since it gets HOT in Connecticut in the summer, I purchased this window A/C unit for my mom's home. It was a good price and works great. It is only used during the real heat of the summer so it does not get constant use but it was easy to install and did a great job cooling a bedroom in 90 degree plus heat. I would recommend this A/C unit.

My house has an uneven air conditioning pattern and my west facing bedroom never cooled down sufficiently - even when I froze out the roommates in the main part of the house. I bought this window unit to help cool down the room, and it works like a charm! Installation was pretty easy and it cools the room in less than 5 minutes. I love the remote! Good value.

This air conditioner is a great product at a great price. I purchased this for my bedroom since I had already purchased a larger unit of the same type and like it very much. It cools the room quickly and does not make very much noise making for a peaceful and cool night of sleep. Also because of the remote it is a nice to not have to get up to adjust temperature etc.

This is my second Frigidaire A/C of this type. The first one lasted about seven or eight years before before something went wrong with the display and/or the computer. The display would flash and it would cycle through settings and eventually it just quit working. I really like the temperature display and remote control on this model. It is quiet enough to sleep with it on. It has all the features i need. I really like the AUTO FAN setting and use it all the time. When it is on the fan speeds up to high until the room reaches the set temperature, then the fan speed drops to low and stays on low unless the temperature in the room makes a sudden large rise (like when a door is opened) then it kicks on medium or high as needed to maintain a more consistent temperature. The only things i am not crazy about with this model are the beeper (it beeps every time you change a setting) and the fact that every time you turn it off and back on it automatically resets itself to the ECON mode (which turns the fan off shortly after the room reaches set temperature.This might be government mandate, I don't know) Overall these are just minor annoyances and this is a great air conditioner which I Highly recommend

This AC unit cools a normal bedroom sized room with ease. Remote and thermostat works well.

Easy to install works great energy efficient quiet

Purchased in-store the evening prior to Hurricane Irma. The last window A/C available. Hoped it would provide some relief when the power went out, despite the fact our Florida room is 22' X 12' and open to the kitchen and dining room. It was so effective that we've made it a permanent fixture for super-cooling the room which is surrounded by west-facing windows on three sides. Impressed!

This air conditioner took a while to cool my living room. My old air conditioner (with the same btu), although it was super noisy, used to do the job a lot faster. Nonetheless, the saving energy feature and the remote control are definitely a pro.

Used it in one bedroom when central air went out. It kept the room cold and we used fans to blow the cold air through the apartment and was very energy efficient. Powerful for a small unit. Has a nice economy mode to help with energy consumption and remote control. High quality item.

I enjoyed this product as expected. The packaging is good and no problem at all! I love it has a remote control and a timer. The size is satisfactory as described. No problem with how it functions. It is great that it comes with a window support. It is so easy to install!

Really good for a small room, pretty quiet while operating. Cools the room well. It doesn't have any extra functions comparing to the 8000 btu one, only has the basic ac functionality. But as an AC, it is pretty good and simple for a small room.

I bought this at the beginning of summer for my parents. It runs quiet, it cools quickly and doesn't run the electric bill to the stars, so a good product and it was a good price. I recommend the warranty that best buy has it is definitely worth it.

I thought based on other reviews that it would be noisier but it's actually pretty quiet and I'm using it in a small room. The fan is slightly louder than the AC but not by much. Definitely a two-person install job if you're a novice but that's normal. I haven't used it a lot yet but so far so good and I was very happy with the price. MOST importantly - the units weren't displayed with other appliances so I actually left the store to find something else. I decided to come back for one of the few units at the front of the store and was finally led to a young man named Errol who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable AND helpful. I hope he's appreciated because he made the sale for you.
