Disapponted with this product.Even though I have it on 63 doesn't get very cold even with it being on high cool.My grandson has a Maytag and keeps it on 66 and it gets very cold in his room

The Delivery was wonderful and the product works well. However, it is the loudest AC unit I have ever had. You have to turn it off to hear the TV or talk to people. It is very inconvient.

Average. It looks beautiful but not impresses much with air quality. Sometimes make more sounds and sometimes air come late.

Takes at least 5 hours to really cool studio under 300sqf. And not super cool - mainly just comfortable. Should have gone for more BTUs.

This AC was bought in May to cool 1 rm. With temps in 90s, it could not come within 6 degrees of what the AC was set at. Even at lower temps, it struggled to cool. Because of this, the econo setting was virtually useless, since it would run for a few seconds shut off, then start running again. Also, BUYER BEWARE. I bought a 2-year Geek Squad protection plan, under the assumption there would be troubleshooting and repair services available. Not true. The only thing Best Buy will do is exchange the product under the manufacturer's warranty. Frigidaire also does not provide any service because this is considered a low-end product, and it's not worth anyone's time to repair it, so you, the consumer, are left with no meaningful support. For those of you wondering why exchanging a 46 lb. air conditioner is such a big deal...like many other people I'm not able to lift something this heavy and someone has to take it out of the window for me, haul it downstairs and put it in the back of my car. I noticed when I got to Best Buy that a young man in his 20s used a dolly to bring it into the store. My advice to anyone buying a low-end (i.e. low BTU) air conditioner is this: do not bother with a protection plan because there is nothing behind it except the manufacturer's warranty which extends for 1 yr. In the second yr. of the "protection plan" Best Buy will allow you to exchange it. That's it.

I don't like the Energy Saver setting. The room gets too stale when it is used. It doesn't come on often enough. I have to control the unit manually.

This was by the door, the price was very low, so I thought why not. It works fine, but it makes sooo much noise. I should have taken it back.

I like the Frigidaire brand, but not really pleased with the purchase. I feel like it does not cool down my bedroom, which is SMALL.
