I've had this for quite some time now and it's the best dehumidifier I've ever had. I love that you can turn it to low. This runs 24/7 in my house in my lower level, which has a living room. My old dehumidifier was too loud and you'd have to turn it off if you wanted to watch tv. This one can still run at low when we are down watching tv. I've had no problems with it and highly recommend it!

We use our dehumidifier in our basement and it definitely has made a different in making if feel less humid and cooler. It was easy to set up and get going. The water collecting container is in the front at the bottom, so it's easy to access it in order to remove it. We use the collected water to water our plants, so it gets recycled & saves us money. I would recommend this dehumidifier to others.

Have had this dehumidifier for about a month. It is working great so far. Keeping basement below 50% humidity. Very easy to setup connection to drain.

I read many reviews prior to this purchase. I gave it a '4' rating because it was missing it's hose connector elbow when we opened it. Frigidaire did send the part out within a few days tho. This dehumidifier is the quietest one I've ever owned & I've had many over the yrs. It has been running non-stop now for a month- I hope it holds up for several years. (In fact...our basement would be ideal to test these appliances out because dehumidifiers get a real workout:)

With in two days of our purchase our basement was down to 49% humidity compared to the 86% when we installed it. Best purchase ever. thank you Frigidaire and Best Buy!!

I bought this unit in hopes to replace the 2 old units I had in my finished basement and so far so good! It is a bit loud while we were watching TV in the family room, so I moved it to the Den. My basement is basically all open but the Den is a smaller room on the other side of the stairs and this unit seems to run longer in the smaller space. When it was in the larger Family room it would turn off when the Humidity was satisfied. But Over all it is doing its job.

This dehumidifier works great! Easy to empty the excess water.

Works great and does good job of removing moisture. Runs ver quiet.

Very nice design and well thought out. Filter is easy to access. Handle in bucket is a big plus -- no more spills when emptying. So far exactly what I was looking for.

Quieter than my previous one. Very nice to be able to set the % humidity.

We have only had this unit for about a month but so far it is working great. We set the humidity level at 45% and it cycles on and off as it reaches this level. The unit is in the basement so its noise is not a concern. It is easy to tell when the compressor is working by feeling the air coming from the unit - (a working unit will generate warmer air).

Work as indicated. Less noisiy than others. Removes humidity relatively fast.

Bought this to dry out wet carpet in a partial utility closet that a water heater sprung a leak in. Dried it out in 3 days, ran it nonstop.

the humidity level control allows you to select how dry you like it. the input is fast, very efficient.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Keeps the basement dry.
