This is my second one of these. They really bring down the humidity quickly and Keep it where you want it. The only issue with the previous one is that it just stopped working after about 4 years. Maybe that is their useful life.

The dehumidifier is very efficient. I had a Kenmore and had nothing but problems with it. When I need another dehumidifier I will certainly by a Frigidaire. I go to Best Buy for all my appliances.

I bought this based on a recommendation, and it has been operating great. Controls easy to understand. Removing water reservoir a little tricky at first, spilled some water, but very happy with product and would recommend

We've had a few different dehumidifiers that always seem to start off working well but don't last. So far this unit seems like it not only works well but I think it might last. Efficiently helps reduce the moisture in our basement.

Great product. Works really well and super easy to empty and clean filter. Have used for three weeks and could notice a huge difference in the basement after the first few days. Worth the extra money for the quality and efficiency!

Works great. No problems. Need a dehumidifier in this climate

First off, I researched different ones to try and this got shipped with a broken wheel so it never sits level. Had to wedge something to make it sit. Second, 70 pints fills up fast and would be better to get a device that automatically dumps water.

A good dehumidifer but not as good as last seasons model. Basket is more awkward to empty.

Works well. Easy to set-up. Only disappointment is that the water container doesn't have a convenient way to empty it -- you have to pour the water out the side in a way that easily causes water to splash everywhere. Other than that, this product works great!

We are very happy with this product. It works as promised in the description. Keep in mind that the drawer fills quickly in a large space and has to be emptied frequently. We are going to use the hose attachment for draining to avoid having to empty the drawer repeatedly.

This was my first dehumidifier purchase and I am glad I finally bought one. I've suffered from allergies in my apartment for some time now and the humidistat in my apartment never had a reading below 60%. I often woke up with headaches and sinus problems. This dehumidifer has been relatively quiet when operating on low fan speed and has REALLY helped with the allergen issues in the apartment. I set the digital display to 45 or 50% and when used along with the air conditioner, the relative humidity levels now average around 50%. Makes a big difference for breathing and I haven't since woken up with a headache or sinus issues. I wish I had purchased one sooner. I chose the largest capacity unit although my apartment is small after doing some online research about moisture removal rates. My apartment has real issues with humidity in the winter months, so I am anxious to see whether this will resolve most of the problem.

I purchased this after my old dehumidifier finally stopped working. It dos a great job of drying out the basement of my home. Its not too noisy and has an extension so I don't have to keep emptying the bucket.

Bought it for the basement. Made a huge difference. The air is drier and doesn't have that musty smell. The first couple of weeks, had to empty the bucket 3 times a day. It is very quiet compare to another brand that I have.

Works very well, my only wish is that I had a drain nearby to run a hose to rather than having to empty the water bucket, but that's an issue with my basement, not this appliance.

This dehumidifier works extremely well. It keeps my finished basement from getting musty. The only down side is that even on the low fan setting, the unit is a little too noisy. Frigidaire's that I've had in the past were not as noisy as this machine. That's why it gets 4 stars.
