This was my first purchase of a dehumidifier and would like to say I am very happy. I had pipe sweat leaks all over my basement. Today I no longer have this problem. Dehumidifier works like a charm.

So far the dehumidifier is working well, keeping the humidity level close to 55% where I want it shutting off when it reaches that level. No noise issue since it is in the basement. Hope it runs longer than 2 years.

Works great. Was very easy to set up. I really like the plastic shield that is on top of the drain bucket -- it helps keep the water from splashing out when you're carrying it to the sink to empty it.

We purchased this dehumidifier when our new kitchen cabinet doors began to "swell" and we were unable to close many of them. After using for 3 days on the main floor, we were able to close them again!

This 70pt dehumidifier works very well and runs quiet. Owned it a month and so far so good. My last one from the same company only lasted just over a year. But they honored the warranty on the sealed system and replaced it.

Easy set up, set it up with hose to drain turned it on and humidity was reduced from 60 percent to 40 percent in about 18 hours, it shuts off when it reaches set humidity level and restarts when humidity raises.

Bought this several years ago. It continues to work while. I got in hooked up to a sink. I pulls out the humidity in the house pretty well. A bit loud, but not too bad.

Works as advertised. Time will tell for how long. Most new items last 6-8 years which for a dehumidifier in Minnesota would be half that because we do not need to dehumidify winter air. Why companies cannot make things to last longer.... must be technology. The item does work though. Wish I would have went with a larger reservoir because we were emptying the full container 2-3 times per day. The basement drain is in a bathroom and we did not want to hook the hose up and keep the dehumidifier in the bathroom- otherwise the hose to drain would be a no brainer for the unit to stay on constantly.

I bought this humidifier for the excess moisture in the basement. Works great. No musty smell in the basement. The best part is when I do laundry to air dry the humidifier speeds up the drying time.

My only problems with this was the noise it made and the heat it puts off while dehumidifying. But it was doing a great job of pulling the moisture out of the air.

I bough this unit because coming from San Diego, I need to keep our house less humid. This product works great and definitely recommend the 70 pint simply because how often I have to empty the unit.

This works well overall. The tank you have to remove to empty the water can be tricky to open and spills at times if you do not open carefully. Wish the tank was bigger but would not stop from purchasing again.

this is easy to set up. after 1 month, it works well. the only two reasons it did not get a 5: 1) it's a bit heavy, and 2) if you decide to use the bucket, it's a bit harder to remove compared to other dehumidifiers i've had in the past.

This dehumidifier work much better than the unit it replaced. The dehumidifier air exits from the side which works well in my situation. I operate it at the medium fan setting which Is much quieter than my pervious unit.

I live in an older house and humidity has always been a problem. The air conditioner does not keep a balanced humidity level. This machine has made a world of difference in the comfort of my home.

600 square feet dry with no issues, nice side drain option too.

Purchased this item 13 months ago. Worked fine until a few weeks ago when unit began shutting off and code "F0" appears on display. Owner manual says to ensure plugged into proper outlet and temp is within 41-90 degrees Fahrenheit, which it was (had been for the entire year). Unplug, plug back in and works for 20 min, same thing all over again. Called customer support and there is no other troubleshooting available, nor any explanation or assistance with the issue. I am beyond 1 yr ownership and they don't care, they will do nothing except tell me I should have purchased warranty. Sorry, but I don't feel that should be necessary after JUST ONE YEAR or your product is worthless to me. They know there are MANY issues with this product, just google and read the complaints, but they do nothing to rectify , just stuff it to customer. Never again for me, no MORE frigidaire products, not worth the time or money!!

I have a 2000 sq ft basement and use two dehumidifiers year-round. I have used several different dehumidifiers in the past and this is by far the quietest. It operates as described and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased the Frigidaire as a replacement dehumidifier for our basement bathroom and adjacent laundry room. High use with shower, washing and drying clothes. Needed quiet running, large capacity that runs daily. Price was competitive and it was available in stock.
