Read that the unit was retooled so hopefully the problem won’t happen again. Great thing about this unit is the extended warranty on the sealed system. I have had several dehumidifiers that fail within their sealed system warranty and the companies (or your credit card extended warranty coverage) reimburses you for the unit.
