I have a large basement with humidity issues. This unit was easy to set up and install. However, you better plan on having a hose discharge because you'll be emptying the water tank 3 times a day if you do not have one.

I know about Frigidaire dehumidifiers. I used to work at Electrolux. To me if you don’t know much about dehumidifiers, you might need to shop elsewhere. The help was pretty good but there wasn’t much selection.

Using this Frigidaire FFAD7033R1 dehumidifier in my basement to help keep my family comfortable by removing up to 70 pints of moisture from the air each day for powerful moisture reduction. The adjustable humidistat allows me to choose a comfortable humidity level.

The dehumidifier does what it it. The first one I ordered did not work correctly. Took it back to Best Buy where they ordered an exchange unit. Had it delivered to my house the next day. Great service. The replacement works fine.

The wife and I have had great results with this dehumidifier. Our basement was naturally humid and we decided to get this product. So far the dehumidifier has kept the basement nice and dry! Great product!

I am very happy with it. I turned it on in a small bedroom where I had a stinky musty closet. Within 3 hours at the medium fan level, it had removed a lot of water from the air. And the stinky smell in the closet was all but gone.

We were looking to replace an older dehumidifier. This one did the trick. Not only were we able to replace our old dehumidifier but we were also to cut back on the use of a second dehumidifier.

This de-humidifier is more than sufficient for our 2000 square foot house. It is a little noisy, so that would be my biggest complaint. I have done a lot to ensure that our home is comfortable and this has made a world of a difference.

I read great reviews but they didn't do justice to this great machine! With all the rain this year my basement floor got saturated more than a dozen times but this dehumidifier dried it all in 24 hours!

The machine runs properly, and does seem to take a lot of moisture out of the air ( judging by the output of hose I attached and ran to nearby drain.) However, it seems to be running excessively even though the humidity level is set at 45%. Perhaps not very efficient.

Basement dehumidifiers are notorious for working for a limited amount of time or fail very early in life. No infant mortality with my unit. But I will wait and see what happens in the long run. A 5 rating so far....

The Frigidaire dehumidifier performs exactly as I had hoped. I use if for managing the humidity in my 1700 sq. ft. basement and it manages it to the level I set. It replaced two other units I had preciously used.

I bought this dehumidifier to try to keep the humidity in my living room down. The only draw back is that it also adds heat to the room. My wife is susceptible to getting ill when the humidity is high.

Relatively quiet operation, but you might want to place just outside the living area. Very clean look. We keep in the basement and have noticed a difference as the temperatures warm and the humidity rises in the area.

My basement had the musty smell and was damp. After we started to use this dehumidifier the smell was gone and it was comfortable! It is wonderful and we are enjoying the basement! It made a huge difference.

Have used for two weeks in basement level which is finished living space area was damp due to rainy period of weather, after 1st week maintains humidity levels of 45 to 50 running 4 to 5 hours a day.

This dehumidifier was a lemon. It replaced a dehumidifier which stopped working after 13 months old. That dehumidifier was replaced under the Best Buy protection plan. This new dehumidifier stopped working after 5 weeks. Hopefully the third one will work.

Has been running good so far. Only wish they would last longer. They only last about a year. Is doing good job and really pulled that humidity out in a hurry. Could certainly tell the difference.

We have had some water issues in our basement and our old dehumidifier died. This one works far better than the one it replaced. It has three fan spears and moves a lot of air on high, drying things out quickly.
