More than 4 years old now, use every day for damp area, does the job, like the light features that show when full. Like Frigidaire products.

Our basement got a little water in the carpet after a storm. We used this to help dry out our basement and it did a good job sucking water out of the air and lowering the humidity in the basement.

Simple buttons and control and a nice attachment to drain the water for leaving the unit on at all time. It doesn't accumulate algae like the units two year prior.

I am totally impressed with this dehumidifier from Frigidaire. It is a little loud but I have never heard of a quiet dehumidifier. I am very impressed

The unit works very well, we have it in a basement area that does not get water but always smelled a little damp. This unit has knocked that down completely.

Only been using for 3 weeks - works as advertized - only negative (and this is very minor) is that there’s no easy way to empty that water container - the pour is a little awkward.

I purchased one just like it a year ago, and added another one when an older dehumidifier broke down. It has been a great product and best buy was great as well.

This unit removed humidity from our basement quickly. It is a bit noisy so not a "five star" rating, but for the money and the amount of moisture we've had in our area - this was perfect for us.

Been using the dehumidifier for a month now and so far it functions as stated, was easy to set up, and is making my unfinished basement a lot drier.

Not as noisy as others have said. I have a very damp basement and this definitely does the trick. No my son complains the air is too dry down there

The machine works well and as anticipated. Hoping it lasts longer than other machines I have had. Wish the collection container was bigger.

Bought this unit for my basement. Seems todo the job of lowering the humidity. I haven't yet set up the drainage line so that it is pumped outside.

Like the product and happy I am always pleased with my Best Buy appliances. Have only had one dud in the last 10 years and probably my 13 th purchase between my two homes in different states.

Normally I don't. It frigidaire items due to they just haven't worked for me but this has and works better than anyone I have had before. Quality product

Other than being on the loud-side this unit so far has worked great (1-3 months of use). The bucket is large, easier to empty that my old unit, and cleaning the filter is a snap.

The humidifier does exactly what we needed it to do, the availability in store was a pleasant surprise and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

This humidifier is a great purchase. I have run it non stop on low and it keeps the humidity @ 40%. The basement/TV room is just right with this humidifier. I haven't had any hose leakage.
