good working.. easy to read instructions...like it

Had to dry out my basement an it only take a day or so

Dehumidifier works very well in our basement area.

nothing against the product. look is elegant.works ok.

Large capacity. Works well. A little loud at times.

May 2018 purchased and was returned August 2018 -"FO" Code and icing on rear coils...Was given new one (same Model #) on August 2018 and it worked fine but was basically dormant from Fall 2018 to Spring 2019. It started to "FO" code towards the end of May 2019 and towards the end of June '19 to beginning of July '19 it started to "FO" code more and more on a daily basis and started then started icing up-NOT FROST (approximately 3 inches up from bottom of coils. I called Frigidaire and was told that it could not be fixed and they gave me instructions on how to get a new one from them and it was going to take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for me to receive a new one from them AFTER they received all necessary information (including pictures, etc) from me....The next day I packed it up and went back to BEST BUY as I had purchased a separate insurance policy from them. BEST BUY WAS GREAT !!!!! I told them that I didn't not want the same model for a 3rd time and they showed me Model FGAC7044U1 which I took and will hope for the best. I also purchased the extra insurance for this new model and I would strongly suggest that when purchasing and Frigidaire Dehumidifier you also purchase the Best Buy Extended Insurance because there is a strong probability that the dehumidifier is NOT GOING TO LAST and Frigidaire ONLY covers the first year and then will make you jump through a couple of hoops and then , and only then will they ship another one to you in a month or so. Not to mention that when I inquired how it would be shipped i was told that via one of the large delivery companies and I asked what I was supposed to do if if arrived damaged (most likely) during shipping and I was told I could ship it back to them and another would be sent to me. How long that would take is anyone's guess. I sincerely hope this THIRD one is the charm or it will be 3 strikes and you're out....BTW it is being used in a completely finished basement that has absolutely NO water problems at all.

We bought this dehumidifier to replace another one that had been recalled, and it is performing very well. Our basement went from its usual spring damp and mustiness to dry within a matter of hours. The unit is quiet and easy to use. And we like the fact that it has three speeds. Initially we had it running on high but have since turned it to medium and will probably adjust again to low. We plan to add a hose so that we don't have to empty the tank when it is full. If you're in the market for a large dehumidifier that makes very little noise and is pretty intuitive, this one is great.

sometimes it removes lots of water and other times it runs and have hardly any water. seems to run too often, the gap between on and off should be more longer. at times hot air comes out, other times it is cool air????

The adapter tube furnished in order to hook up a drain hose causes the unit to overflow to the floor. Block the overflow diverter or hook the hose directly to the inner spout. Then it works great.

REALLY TAKES OUT THE MOISTURE. iT IS VERY QUIET AND WAS EASY TO ATTACH A HOSE TO TO RUN WATER TO A DRAIN.

Not a good dehumidifier, make alot of noise and less than a year stop working, lucky I had service plan! I recommend you buy a service plan for that

Set up is easy and dehumidifier is working fine. The big question is how long will it last, In the last 8 years I have yet to have a dehumidifier last longer than 2 years.

Worked well for about a year then stopped. I believe this model is discontinued ... so ... there's that.

Worked for awhile then started freezing up in the back of the unit. Returned it with the geek squad protection.

Does not seem any different than the 50 pint. Had to return 50 pt because apparently it has an issue with bad seals so we shall see on this one.

Nice unit, fairly quiet. But it didn't last long. Died after 2.5 years.

This dehumidifier does the job. The big downside is that it puts off a massive amout of heat. I could use it as a heater.

Does what it is supposed to do but we shall see how long. Returned one, found out there is a known issue with the seals.

Product failed but warranty was honored and easy to make claim. Removes lots of water from the air

Did not really work for me. Very loud and did not reduce humidity enough
