I is made in China and the quality is poor. The unit was in a clean environment. The evaporator coils are rusting badly. I will chose a better brand next time. Disappointed.

Very disappointing considering this thing cost $300 after tax stay away from this brand read the reviews they never lie I wish I did 13 months ago

Posted .I am dismayed to hear of your dehumidifier experience, rainey. Your dehumidifier is covered by a limited one-year warranty and a limited 2-5 year warranty on the sealed system (the compressor, condenser, evaporator and tubing). Please turn off, and unplug the unit, then plug it in again in 30 minutes. If this hasn’t helped, please reconnect with us directly for assistance. *Ruth
