Not happy with this product. Temp does not get under 55.

Thing won't even fit the big bottles of wine! I ended up returning.

I just bought this today after my beloved Cuisinart 6-bottle quit on me. I have a dinner party tomorrow night and was in a rush--it was the only small countertop chiller I could find that I didn't have to order and ship. Compared to the Cuisinart, it looks cheap--most of the construction is plastic made to look like stainless steel. The square corners don't quite line up, and the screws are very visible and drilled at slightly varied angles. As another reviewer mentioned, it is rather light and slides around on a smooth granite surface when I try to open the door, which has a strong magnet on it. I'll have to find some sticky rubber bumpers to put on the legs. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't hold my taller Riesling bottles or wider champagne bottles unless I remove one of the racks (reducing the capacity to four bottles) and put the taller ones in sideways. No champagne for dinner tomorrow! I'm very disappointed but not surprised since I didn't do my research. One plus is that it's very quiet--I can't barely hear it. The interior LED light is a nice plus--not too bright. It's chilled the bottles I have in there quickly.

I received this as a gift and I never thought I would use it. But, now I use it all the time. It's amazing how it keeps it at a constant temperature. I am not a huge fan of really cold white wine. So being able to set it at whatever temperature I want is great. It also has metal racks so you can take them out and wash them as well as the inside. It also has an interior light that makes the unit look very nice. If you have any really nice wines it's a great way to display them!

I received this from my husband as a birthday present to use at our lake house, and it was the perfect size! However, the temp control does not stay where I set it and if the temperature in the house gets very cool then the refrigerator temp drops way below what it is set on. Not happy with the extreme fluctuation of temps AND it will not hold a tall bottle of wine, only regular size bottles as long as you don't put a stopper in them to keep them fresh. But it is nice and quiet and doesn't take up much space!!!!!

Setup couldn't be any easier. Unit took about 24 hours to chill 8 bottles of wine to the desired 56 degrees. Fan ran on high for the entire time causing some concern, but once the desired temp was reached, the chiller cycles as expected. LED light doesn't really serve a purpose that can tell, but I didn't by this unit to display wine, I bought it to chill wine. Would have liked the ability store an open bottle without recorking, but the internal dimensions don't allow it. I guess my wife and I will have to just have to commit to drink the whole bottle after opening.(DARN!)

I looked at about 30 different wine chillers to fit into my kitchen (under cabinets). This Fridgidaire was the nicest looking, most compact and matched the style of my other appliances very nicely. For under $100, it was a perfect fit for my needs. I wished it held more (12 bottles) and had two zones to keep temps different for whites and reds, but I'm not enough of an expert to have this matter at this point. It chilled from 84 degrees (warm muggy day in NH) to 60 in about 4 hours and has kept the temperature there flawlessly. I have owned this unit for about a mounth with zero problems.

We bought this as a Christmas gift to each other and are very happy with it. We have a small kitchen and the compact size of this cellar works out perfectly for us. It would be nice if the exterior design was a bit more distinctive as it kind of looks like a second microwave oven in the kitchen. However, if you turn on the interior light, the bottles are nicely highlighted and it looks lovely. Otherwise it's so much fun to own. And it has functioned perfectly since we plugged it in about a month ago. We have placed a basket with wine glasses on the top of it for a nice look. We are quite happy with our little affordable luxury!

I bought 2 of these coolers, Plugged in the first one and set temp to 55. Reached 55 in 1.5 hours. Added 4 room temp bottles of wine. Reached set temp in less than 2 hours. Added 3 more room temp bottles. Reached set temp in 1 hour. Checked internal temp with a digital thermometer that read in tenths of a degree. Checking over a 6 hour period the temps never varied by more than 6 tenths of a degree. Set up the second cooler and put in 8 room temp bottles of wine at the same time. Cooler reached the set temp in about 2 hours. Set temp in both cases is 55F. The tall botles of white wines like Gerwertztreminer will not fit from front to back but you can still put 4 of them on a shelf by turning them 90 degrees. They won't roll out due to the shelf design. I plan on getting a third unit next month.

I look at a lot of different wine chillers online and read a lot of review and this one i took a chance on and thanks to reviews i'm glad i took the chance on this one hold the temperature with no problem looks nice is very quiet and well worth the money and i would recommend this product

Gave this to my wife for Christmas, she loves it, fits very well in our small apartment. not all of the bottles fit, needed about one more inch in length. very quiet machine!

excellent buy now i could have my wine stored in a controlled temperature and hoping that the wine will not get ruined especially during summer months

N problems so far. I like it. It is small so it will fit in small spaces, like a counter or small office (if they allow it)

i searched litterally hundreds of coolers in all shapes and sizes and brands. I had a pretty versatile space planned to locate my cooler but wasnt sure that i would need a 20 or 30 bottle cooler as wine has a short life span in my home. i settled on this model based on reviews i read at different online websites. i have had it for only a week so can only provide short term feedback but for the 80.00 i paid at best buy, i am happy. it is quiet, doesnt seem to heat up alot in the back and holds the temp pretty constant. i like the interior light to see whats inside. i have put my cooler in a large built in bookcase with a few inches of clearance in the back and on both sides. when it is empty, it does easily slide forward when i open the door but i just try to remember to keep it stocked. also, i wish it had a few more inches of depth. some of the bottles i buy are a little longer in the neck and i can not put an opened bottle back in it as the cork is in the way. overall, if you are looking to buy a cooler, this is a good value.

This is for keeping red wine at room temp. Which means 66 to 68 which is room temp in Europe. It is not for chilling your white wine. Sorry, that will still have to go in the fridge. Does what it is designed for.

The overall size is great for kitchen counter (size of a microwave). Keeps wine perfect temp, but it's so light that it slides when opening door.

Bought this as an addition to my basement bar and it has been great

I bought this for my dad. We set it up and used it the same day. It chills the wine to a very cold level, which is how we like it. The digital display is very easy to use, just set the temperature you want and you're done. On the flip side, I received a 12 bottle wine cellar for xmas. It wasn't the same brand as the one I bought my dad. This particular unit does not get the wine cold enough for my liking and does not have a digital display. In this case, quality is way better than quantity. Stick with Frigidaire.

looked for a while to find cooler to fit under counter-limited height. Fabulous! Matches my stainless steel/black appliances! Really pleased with the Frigidare brand..never heard of the others I was looking at. THIS RUNS TOTALLY QUIET!! And great price! If you are looking ...definately buy this!! Wish I had more space for a larger one..

So glad I found a small wine cooler. It's just the right size for what I needed
