Product looks good. Matches our other frigidaire products in kitchen. Install was straightforward and easliy accomplishable by the average do it yourselfer. So far no complaints. Will know true quality after a few years.

Love this microwave, have had no problems. The only thing that is a litte annoying is it keeps beeping once done until you open it.

First of all, I love the microwave. It's pretty much all I could ask for in a microwave. However, do not have Best Buy install this. I had Best Buy install mine because I thought they would hook up the electric (I mean, I was paying $129 to have it installed). They did not hook up the electric to the microwave. It would take 2 people (with minimal handyman experience) about 10-15 minutes to install this microwave. I then had to hire an electrician (and pay him $80) to have him hook the electric up. The electrician told me it would have only been another $20 for him to install the microwave even though I could have easily done it myself. That was a waste of $129.

Bought this as an open box for a discounted price. Looks good installed and has the sensor functions included on the higher priced microwaves. The exhaust fan is very powerful.

Overall a good microwave at a reasonable price. Very light weight, if not for the set nut falling out it was easy to install and easy to operate. If you are not mechanically inclined have the store install it.

Microway was very easy to install it be very evenly food is not overcooked or undercooked it's true to the time that it should take to cook very recommended

This microwave is great. It requires two people to install though.

really like the unit, quiet and cant see any finger prints!!! Matches our current fridge. I plan on completing the set when we go for the new stove

Bought this to match after my prior GE microwave went out after 12 years. Installation was what I expected, just had to their smaller mounting plate, which seems thinner, but do hold the microwave well. The features are the standard one, plus a few new ones like 'Baked Potato' which works well. It seems to do a better job when I just put the potato on the microwaves glass plate which is fine. Only negative is the power level is at 10% increments and you cannot enter them directly. You have to hit power level 5 x to get to 50%.

Light inside microwave and outside of microwave is not bright enough to see what is cooking. Timer is too low you have to be right in front of microwave to hear it. If this is an energy saving feature they need to correct it. Microwave doesn't have a time defrost only by weight. We were offered a different microwave but this microwave goes with the series of appliances that we purchased so we decided to keep it.

Bought a display model at less than half the price.

There are two captive nuts on the top of the unit that are used to attach the unit to the cabinet above. In attempting to engage the screw into the captive nut it comes loose and falls into unit. Returned first unit and the same thing happened with second unit. Decided to take it apart and locate the wayward nuts. Found that if I rotated them 90degrees and reinserting them into the frame that they would not come free during installation. Less power than previous freestanding unit.

This is a great microwave. Very happy with it's power. Only thing I don't like is the beep...it seems like it's yelling at me instead of notifying me LOL.

Customer service was exceptional before and after the sale. Because there was no box, we thought the stuff inside(grease grills and manual) the unit, was for the unit. I recommend a mandatory check(by the employees) of the items included in the sale of the items from this department. When I called BB customer service back to ask if these items were available i felt I was not treated fairly. Called the manufacturer for the items. They said I would have to pay for them since I did not have the box. Word to the wise...tell the manufacturer it came in a box.

I like the ease of use and stainless steel. It looks great on our kitchen!

I am liking this microwave the longer we have it and the more I learn about it. We had to get it in a bit of a hurry right before Thanksgiving, but it is a good purchase despite the haste in buying. My biggest complaint is the timer.Tthe "beep" when the alarm goes off is way too quiet. I'm a bit hard of hearing but even my husband whose hearing is fine thinks it's too low in volume. All in all, a minor complaint. I would recommend this microwave to anybody.

I looked at many microwaves before deciding on this one. This one has all the features I was looking for at a great price. I bought it during the Black Friday sale, so I got an even better deal.
