A: The unit runs 14.2 Amps max. Most home recepticals are run for 15 Amps so you are at the edge of tripping the breaker. If you have something else on the circuit it could cause the breaker to trip. So you don't necessarily need a dedicated circuit, unlike your refrigerator if it stops not such a huge deal.
