Purchased this to replace a 15 year old over the range microwave. It fit back in the space which was great. It looks good and performs great. I like the quick start buttons from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. I also like the auto cook feature. It comes with a removable shelf which I do not use and removed it.

This is my 4th Frigidaire major appliance that I've bought at Best Buy. Each previous experience reinforces the subsequent purchase and I must say that a month in... this microwave is no different. If I find a brand I can stick with, I'll do it. This microwave replaced a 20+ yo Kenmore and am sold on the ease of installation and features for the money. The design is spot on for ease of cleaning and use. I can accomplish the same tasks with 1-2 fewer keystrokes. The snack menu has all the favorites... especially the one for popcorn works really well... no guesswork on timing. The only downer is that I'd agree that the handle is a little wide, but it's got heft to it for the long haul. I looked at Fridge's other less expensive models before deciding on this one. It's going in the house for a long time and I didn't want to skrimp... glad I chose this one. I'd recommend it highly!

Cooks good and looks really nice. Some options are hard to get to since you have to go into a menu to choose them. The door feels really light so it gives the impression that it's cheap.

We love this microwave so far. We've had it for about 2 months. It's very sleek looking. Easy to clean. We are extremely particular in regards to having our appliances match (down to the clock/timer color match) ours is green. This microwave looks perfect and works perfectly for us. As far as complaints about the beeping sound when things are done... It beeps 3 pretty loud times with a pause between and keeps beeping three times between pauses. I love this. For my teen boys or older people, it forces them to not forget there is something in the oven :)

This microwave was awesome. Great looking, is part of a package if you are thinking of re-doing your kitchen. Easy to use, powerful and extremely convenient. The only problem we had was that it took Best Buy three tries to get us our microwave, we ordered on-line with in-store pick-up. We ended up waiting over a month and never did get the microwave we ordered. They did give us a $75.00 gift card, but that is nothing compared to having to take a day off of work twice to install the phantom microwave. That is more than $75.00, not to mention the boss not being happy. That is Best Buy, the microwave is awesome.

We have only had this microwave for about a month, but so far love it. The numeric pad is easy to use, it cleans up nicely on the outside, the fan is not very loud and the light over our stove is just about right. We don't use the microwave for much other than defrosting and making popcorn, so haven't had the opportunity to use the other functions yet but will give them a try at some point. Overall, we really like this microwave.

It does its job, but two issues: the incessant beeping and issues with install. Can turn the beeping totally off when the timer is done, or it beeps and beeps and beeps! No middle ground. This was A NIGHTMARE to install due to the lack of vent kit. If you already have an over-the-range, you are probably okay, but Frigidaire does not provide any kind of vent kit, even a small rectangular shape to come out from the exhaust (this is all for the range fan by the way). Had to actually make our own vent to fit this thing, but nearly had to HIRE an HVAC guy to custom make something. Check your venting BEFORE buying this, but now that it's in, it does what it is supposed to and looks good doing it!

Love the look of the brushed stainless steel and that it doesn't show fingerprints. Easy to clean. Good price and can fit large items. Don't like that it beeps three times when the food is done, and then continues to beep until you open the door.

good microwave for the price, easy one-touch cooking, warms food evenly, has annoying beeper that doesn't stop until you open the door. Have disabled that feature, much quieter now.

Bought this to match our refrigerator. Installed it myself which was easy to do. Love the lighting underneath and all the different features it offers. Also love the one touch feature for 1, 2 or 3 minute cook time. The exhaust fan and microwave seems very acceptable for noise.

The stainless finish looks really good and I like the preprogrammed selections.

Tough, durable, easy to put on and off. You won't regret it.

We were a bit worried that the 1000 watts wouldn't be enough to pop that last popcorn kernel. We were pleasantly surprised when all the kernels popped and without much added time. The shortcut keys are not intuitive but after a bit of study, we figured out how to work it. The menu for pre-timed functions is inside the door for quick reference. The door seems to be a bit loose but doesn't interfere with the performance. Installation wasn't easy but not too difficult with 2 people. Overall a nice machine.

This Frigidaire Gallery microwave is really beautiful, matches my stove, and works very well. I was concerned about replacing a GE Spacemaker since this microwave is larger, but it fits perfectly and looks perfectly fine.

Microwave is designed very well and was easy to install. It has a lot of nice features that my old model did not have.

nice quiet microwave, center rack good idea but gets in the way often, finished cooking tone is not abnoxious, lights could be brighter, cooks food great

This microwave has a very neat design that coordinate with the rest of our Frigidaire appliances. It is quite powerful and heat in half the time our previous microwave. If I could change something will be the menu choices as they are quite complicated and require a second and third input about food weight etc.. so we get stuck using the high power that goes in increments of 30 seconds. overall a good product for the price and satisfied with it.

Up graded my kitchen , bought the micro to match new range. Looks and works beautifully. Has several preset buttons for convenience, easy to set clock .
