Ordered this microwave from Best Buy.com went to the store and pick it up when it came in. Upon arriving home it had a dent in the front of the door ....no problem we just returned it and got another. After getting the second microwave, I get home to install it and it was missing a nut in the top that holds it into the cabinet. Third time was a charm microwave went in and installed no problems works great, looks great, and I am a very very happy customer

Heavy to install. Works well. Quiet which was important to me. Good power. 3 quick minute keys. But that's ok.

Stainless/black combination looks nice with our black range & fridge. Nice features like re-heat sensors.

I am a contractor. It was a simple installation. The light and fan have good power. The clock was easy to set. It looks great and fills the hole that was over the stove.

Installed this microwave above my stove in my 2nd kitchen. Great value and very nice looking.

I was very excited to have this matching piece in the series. I measured precisely but the door opens oddly and I had to remove a small section of the wall. When I use the piece I cannot fully extend door.

Purchased for my mother during kitchen upgrade. Her stove and refrigerator were Frigidaire so I wanted to stay with this brand for appearance sake. Otherwise, would not have been my first choice.

For the money I would have hoped it would work better. My goal in buying this when I spoke to Best Buy salesperson weas to reheat meals and beverages and make microwave popcorn. It reheats meals and beverages just fine, but we've yet to get it to make a full bag of popcorn. Then the instructions tell you if it's not popping all the way to ad 30 seconds and then it comes out burnt and kids won't eat it. Also dissappointed in Best Buy, told them what I needed and they couldn't seem to get me a good match. This was the second unit I had purchased and installed.

Nice over the range unit, the mounting bracket was not too bad to install and holds solid. keep the instructions in case of a power outage, I still need to figure out how to reset the clock. Cooks good and I like the quick start options.

Stated satisfactory condition because brackets missing got it for 150 less and paid Frigidaire 25 dollars for brackets , so Very good overall. Microwave was in excellent condition except for brackets

So far I have been able to reheat coffee and bagels and cooked food. Will continue to learn all the options and there are many. I think I may buy a new microwave cookbook! Although, I may use two old ones I have and see how they work out. I love having the revolving glass plate. Have not tried the rack, yet.

I like the microwave, however, it has since come down in price a lot since I bought it. Mounting was a pain, since it wasn't indicated in the instructions that you should hand-thread the mounting screws. I had to exchange it for another. The fans aren't drawing the steam when I use the front burners! So the micro gets steamy on the front and I have to wipe it down.

Very nice looking microwave. Easy to clean and does a great job cooking. The only thing that I don't care for is that you can hardly hear the beeping when it finished. With that being said, I didn't buy it for the quality of its beeps, therefore I would highly recommend this to other people.

Frigidaire is an excellent brand. Though there were a couple others that I was looking at, I bought the stove and wanted the matching Microwave above it. Controls are easy enough.
