Posted .I hate to hear about your dishwasher experience, skr5. I recommend making sure that the water is coming in at 120 degrees and that that the spray arms are not blocked and free to rotate. I also recommend checking your Owner's Manual (pages 8-11) for proper loading of your dishwasher. I hope this helps! Courtney

Have tried using the highest dry temp as well as hotter water, but you still have to hand dry after the cycle is completed, unless you leave dishes in for over 10 hours, then most of them are dry.

Posted .Yikes! Cody, ensure you are choosing heat or Sahara™ dry option. Make sure the rinse aid dispenser is filled. Increase the amount of rinse aid that is dispensed (page 13 in your Owner’s Manual). Check the incoming water temperature. Be sure it is at least 120°F. Run the water in the sink to clear cool water from the pipes before starting a cycle. Cups with a concave bottom will collect water. Load them at the far left and right of the upper rack so they will be held in a tilted position. Plastics have less thermal mass than metal or glass items and may need to be towel dried.
