I called Frigidaire and I had to work with a phone system instead of a person. The first number the system gave me was for a servicer who has not serviced Frigidaire in almost a year, and the system told me there were no more options in my area. The next time I called I got a number that had been disconnected. The third number they gave me (3 calls already) was valid, and the servicer came out in about a week. A part was defective so he ordered it, and Frigidaire sent the wrong part. Finally, about a month later, they sent the right part, and today the dishwasher was repaired

After a month in my new home with a different dishwasher, I knew I had to get the Fridgidaire Gallery D/W. It holds many more dishes than the GE it replaced. PLUS it holds my wine glasses in place so they don't rattle around or tip over during washing. It suits me perfectly.
