It's a water problem. When it was working it cleaned my dishes beautifully. But less than a month and it's broken, not good.

The only positive thing about it is that it looks halfway decent. We have tried numerous dishwasher liquids, pods, etc to see if we could find a combo that actually works. Nothing so far. Always have to run the longer cycles to even begin to get anything clean. The silverware holder had to be placed at the back of the washer to even remove the lightest soil. If I had a choice I would have gone with another Samsung.

To assist with cleaning, try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps. 1st try - would not drain

Tried it once and it cleaned the few dishes i did but it wouldn't / didn't drain.Had to use a shop vac. I haven't had time to look into it yet so the 2 stars for now.Lucky my wife likes doing dishes by hand for now.Can't recommend it to anybody yet . Don't know whats wrong yet.

Posted .Hey JeffD! Do you hear a grinding sound when the unit is trying to drain? Also check the knockout plug in the food garbage disposal. You may also reset the dishwasher by turning the power off from the main circuit breaker in your home for 1-3 minutes. If the troubleshooting is unsuccessful, I recommend having an authorized service provider diagnose your dishwasher. Thank you, Courtney

After having this appliance for 1 month, the soap dispenser is not working and will not open. Even though I purchased the 3 year protection plan, I am being told a specialist will have to come out and determine whether or not they can approve a return? Already have been two weeks without a dishwasher. Total Lemon, would not recommend this product or service. The Geek Squad repairman could not fix it, but Best Buy will not exchange product.
