||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this dishwasher for a rental property so I can not attest to how well it works, but my renter loves it so I presume it works well enough. My big complaint about the dishwasher is not about the dishwasher itself but how it was described in the ad....according to the ad, the dishwasher has a stainless steel tub. However, the tub is, in fact, plastic. The main reason we selected this dishwasher in the first place was because of the stainless steel tub so I was obviously disappointed. I would have returned it but it was too much hassle to do that since we travelled 2 hours in order to install the dishwasher ourselves, so we kept it. But it was not as expected.

Posted .Hello, JohnH. Thanks for your feedback. To experience optimal performance when using your dishwasher there are a few things to note:
-A Rinsing Aid must be used
-Mix spoons, forks, and knives to prevent nesting
-Water heater temperature should be set to at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit
-Running water until warm in sink assists dishwasher achieve proper water temperature during cycle.
-Heated wash option assists in more efficient clean and dry
-Small items should be loaded on the top rack and larger items on the bottom
-Heated dry must be selected
-Plastics and nested dishes may not dry as well as other dishes
-Your dishwasher should be emptied as soon as possible after a load (allows steam to exit dishwasher tub-assist with drying)
-You may also find that using a different cycle, such as heavy-duty, assist in cleaning dishes

Issues with pump

Never really washed the dished very well to begin with. Now I have spent $500 on a dishwasher that didn't work great when it was running and now doesn't even work. What a joke.

Faulty control panals

Again I got to call them.its leaking all over the kitchen

But I like the utensil holder...

It also clogs a lot and have had it overflow a lot. Buyer beware, this dishwasher has been awful for us.
