Posted .2004, most challenges with cleaning have to do with water temperature. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes. Make sure you are using rinse aid. You can even increase the amount dispensed (page 13 in your Owner’s Manual). The reviews were so mixed and many said that it smells inside. I have no idea what the reviewers are talking about. This dishwasher has done a superior job cleaning everything. Now, since I thought I would hate this dishwasher, I decided to let food, like egg yolk and other hard to remove foods, dry on the dishes. If figured, if they didn't come clean and began to stink, my husband would send it back and we could get a better one. Well, I have been brutal to this machine. I over fill it as well and never rinse anything off. I run it one to two times a day completely over full and just use one non name brand soap pellet and nothing else and the dishes come out perfectly clean and shiny. This dishwasher has even made all the insides of our cups look like brand new. They used to have a drab color from coffee inside that I would occasionally scrub out by hand before. Now, they sparkle and look like new. My dishes are amazingly clean. Pots and pans are perfect. I can't praise this machine enough. It far exceeds my expectations. It is much better than our very pricey Samsung that completely broke after two and a half years and really never did a very good job at all. As to smell, it doesn't smell like anything. It just smells clean after doing the dishes. I imagine if I left dirty dishes in there for a week, it probably would smell and I would be eating off paper towels. Another complaint was that it is noisy. It is not. It is much quieter than the Samsung. I am completely happy with this machine and I am very picky about things like this. The other reviewers had me scared to get this machine but I am really glad I did.

Store staff was excellent but 3rd party delivery folks? Really poor. Late, no call. On first delivery rude to my husband regarding the time it took to lock the dogs away so they could install. No one likes to feel like they are doing the delivery person a favor by allowing him to deliver! Unprofessional. BB really needs to do in house delivery. It would make everyone's life easier. When we finally received our final new dishwasher Tracy Geek Squad installer Dale did the work and he was on time, polite, knowledgeable and friendly We couldn't have been happier FYI was a comparable Bosh model as we weren't happy with 2 of the same models being defective..

I’ve had this unit for 2 weeks and my wife and I are really regretting this purchase. This is replacing another Frigidaire dishwasher that came with the house we bought 6 years ago and were very happy with. Every load of dishes with this new unit have come out dripping with water, even if they are left in there all day. The additional time with the “Sahara” dry setting does not seem to dry the dishes any more than the regular heat dry. Frigidaire was a brand I could trust and was happy with, but this is really testing my brand loyalty. Other than drying, it does an excellent job with cleaning and is quieter than our old unit. Looks sleek, too. Top rack is a little awkward with design and layout, but I can get used to that. BUT NOT HAVING TO TOWEL DRY EVERY LOAD OF DISHES. If you want to have your sig other tell you every day that the dishwasher is not doing it’s job, then buy this product.

I feel awful to hear you are not getting the best drying performance from your unit.
Did you know? Your household water pressure along with the water temperature plays a key role in your appliance’s performance. I recommend checking your water temperature and pressure; the recommended temperature should be 49°C (120°F) and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi). Also, try increasing the amount of rinse aid you are using.
