Water leaked all under and on my brand new expensive floor. I am hoping they dry and aren't damaged. They are getting me a replacement but strongly considering a different dishwasher

Posted .Hey Minngirl16, thank you for taking the time to share your review. I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not performing well. I would recommend checking the water coming in is at least 120 degrees. Also, are you using the heat dry cycle and rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increases the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps! -Jennifer
