We like our new dishwasher seems to work terrifically

This product looks good and works even better. Installation was a breeze even with difficult placement.

so far a good appliance, only a month old. Our other appliances are Frigidaire Gallery and they seem to last.

I went to BEST BUY to buy a D/W. The one I wanted was out of stock. I bought this one and am sorry that I did not wait. The dishes come out half clean. If the egg yolk or ketchup is dry by the time you put the dishes in they don't come clean. Then comes the drying, or NOT DRYING. Nothing comes out dry, no matter what setting. Read the book and it says to use the rinse agent, doesn't help. Call customer service, HAH, they say that the drying is not a warranty issue and won't send a tech. I must be doing something wrong. I guess I don't know how to push the button that says "START". I have been married 48 yrs and have had a LOT of dishwashers, this one is, by far, the worst.

The extra slim top rack does not clean the utensils well and the overall wash cycle does not throughly wash all dishes, glasses and silverware all the time!!

I Had an Old no know brand Dishwasher that worked better then this one and lasted a lot longer this one is already only working about 80% of the time.

I do NOT like this dishwasher. The dishes don’t get clean even after I rinse them well before putting them in to be washed. I have owned this for 6 weeks and rarely use it now because I can clean them better!

A real piece of crap. Doesn't wash well and does not dry at all. Should return and best buy should pick up and exchange for free.

The Good : This dishwasher is super quiet. Hard to tell it running at times. It cleans the dishes well. The Bad: Poorly designed bottom rack. It's great if you have 40 plates , but it's difficult to impossible to get bowls in positions that don't waste alot of space . A set of rack tines fold down on the bottom , but it doesn't really solve the space/placement issue. Definitely pay attention to the rack design before purchase.

this dishawasher is very quite.cleans very well has fantastic features.when I installed it I was impressed by the build quality of this unit.it is very solid.my wife absolutely loves it.we have always had good luck with Frigidaire my wife was looking at Samsung and lg,but we decided to stick with an old American brand that has treated well in the past.this dishwasher is built like the old days very well and to last!also it looks very nice and the green led that lights the floor is a nice touch to know when dishes are done.

We bought the Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher new when we renovated our kitchen to match the other new Frigidaire appliances. It stopped working one week after the warranty expired. It would only display an i20 error. Customer service was horrible. They refused to replace it and only conceded to pay for the parts. We had to pay for the repair. Less than a year later, we started getting interrupted cycles and i20 errors again. We suffered through another year of restarts and breaker resets before finally junking this lemon for another brand this week. It was only 3.5 years old. We always followed manufacturer's recommendations, including detergent. It is definitely not a durable good and Frigidaire does not stand behind this product. Avoid this one.

I bought this dishwasher for the brand and performance. After two months of use it stopped working and did not show any error codes. I called Electrolux and 5 days later a repair man shows up tears it apart and tells me the main board went out and he would have to order a new brain module. I would have to wait another week for the part and installation. After spending good money on a dishwasher that was high on my list it turned out to be a super lemon. Plus the service made us wait almost two weeks for a repair. This will make me think twice before purchasing another Frigidaire product. What really is upsetting is after purchasing and installing it the dishwasher has to be removed again and I do not have much confidence that it will keep going for years to come after this repair.

We've owned this dishwasher since 05/2018 and as of this writing, 02/2021, it seems like we've had nothing but issues with the control panel. Overall, it does a good job cleaning the dishes and is easy to maintain. However, the control panel was replaced once within the first year of ownership and is acting up again. The technician who replaced the first one said it's a common issue with these. Basically, the buttons stop working, specifically the Start button. I'm extremely disappointed and hope Frigidaire can make it right.

Very quiet, sparkling clean and dry dishes all the time, my unit is made in Italy, great quality, is also is Prop 65 compliant.
