Waste of Money

For starters, the unit never did a good job getting dishes clean and progressively got worse. The lower rack design is poor. If your dishes have any type of cupped rim, they will fit poorly. The upper rack has an unsightly sag when loaded. The door ultimately developed a leak. After 23 months, I threw in the towel and replaced it with a Bosch. This was the worse appliance I've ever owned.

Broke in 2.5 years

After 2.5 years of LIGHT usage the machine does not power on at all. Had a repairman out and was told it was un-repairable. When it was used the machine never dried my dishes. buyer beware this machine does not LAST.

Warranty is a Joke

Will never buy a frigidaire product again - their warranty is a joke and the quality of their product is questionable.

Mediocre cleaning

Never heats very well, leaves lots of water drops on dishes unless I go with the ultra hot setting and even then things just don't seem totally dry. And leaves food on plates, even when they've been rinsed off. Takes forever to run a load too.
