We have been very pleased with our purchase. The only problem has been that a drawer has cracked already. I have yet to try to replace it.

second time purchasing this side by side fridge. lots of space, good ice maker/dispenser. looks nice too!

Representatives were proactive at the end of closing and ensured I was satisfied with my purchase. I have no complaints with the Frigidaire I purchased and the customer service performance was excellent. In addition, I received a follow up call from the rep ensuring I was satisfied with the delivery and product.

Like the smudge proof body. Easy to wipe clean. The ice comes out pretty fast which at times gets frustrating. Spacious and good lighting.

If you are going to use the cube or crushed delivery from the front of the freezer door, you had better have a mop ready because the ice is going all over the floor. This diffidently needs to be redesigned.

We purchased this refrigerator as an open box and we don't have any complaints, very spacious, holds a lot and everything works great.

Only issue was the ice maker didn't work but frigidaire had a tech come out and fix the issue within 3 days working like a champ now

Overall it is a nice refrigerator. The purchase, delivery, and set up left something to be desired. First the delivery men slammed the refrigerator into my entry door frame and took paint off of the exterior of the house. Even though I have reported this, I have yet to hear anyone even give me an apology. Second, when set up the ice maker initially just ran water down the inside of the freezer, creating a solid block of ice inside. The geek squad repair man who came several days later to fix this was great but it would have been nice to not have to deal with this problem in the first place.

Reliable brand, rated highly, functional design , attractive, excellent lighting, easy to keep clean.

Overall it is great this was a differnet model that we first bought. The first fridge had issues with ice and dispenser. After 3 months of doing repairs it was not fixable so they replaced fridge. I bought the top model at that time. This fridge so far good still having ice issues not sure if it is the ice maker or water pressure.

It wasn't till the 3rd refrigerator (delivered) till we we're satisfied. The delivery people hardly spoke english, could not communicate the problem to. 1st 2 were dented. Took almost a month to straighten out!

Very happy so far with the purchase. Love the lighting, the spacing and shelving. Water/Ice feature produces ice very quickly when needed.

My fiancée and I purchased this fridge for our new home and we love it. It has a ton of space, and the lighting and storage our amazing.

Love the fade in LED lights in both fridge and freezer really brightens up the inside. Deep for lots of storage.

Extremely satisfied and great looking. Easy to keep clean. Great modern look. Works perfectly. Lots of room for items.

Water dispensed from door temp not cold. The ice maker when cycling is loud. Pretty sad when your manual has a section just about noises. Freezer drawer when pulled out comes off track.

This refrigerator holds a lot more than it appears to be able to. Keeps temperature constant. LED lights expose everything inside.

Best Buy was easy to deal with and had the best prices. The refrigerator works great and i would definitely recommend it.

The first fridge of this model that was delivered to us had issues. Dent in the door, ice machine wasn't working, not cooling as expected. However, after jumping through many hoops to do a return and replace/exchange, we are very happy with this fridge.
